    I really wanted to like this pad, but I had to return mine, or at least in the process of. I ordered the Infinite Hybrid pad for $39.99 US, and $16 US in shipping, totaling $56.00 US in total after taxes.
    The shipping for me was a nightmare, when I placed my order it said 1 to 3 day shipping at checkout for the price I was paying in shipping. It took a total of 5 days in transit, so I lost my money in shipping. And this was due to courier delays (USPS), which I understand has nothing to do with Infinity Mice and their company, but was still an inconvenience.
    I purchased this expecting Artisan level quality, the way that it was described in many written reviews, which were the only ones I had seen or rather read, before I stumbled upon your channel and review.
    Once I tried it, it was good at first because I was coming from an ancient Logitech mouse pad that I had for about 5 years. I use a Glorious Model D 2 Pro, and I use their Ceramic skates offered separately. I used it for a total of 2 days before starting to notice that the skates and mouse were catching on the cloth and making the mouse feel “scratchy”. It was almost like the fibers were getting stuck to the mouse, and it gave it this weird feeling, almost similar to when you run your fingernail on loose cloth and your nail gets caught on it.
    The last thing I noticed was that one of the corners was peeled from its base, which seems like a QC issue. Like the adhesive was missing or something. This left one corner of the mouse pad with ripples and the fabric would bubble in that one corner, which really bothered me visually. I tried putting pressure with my hand in the corner, thinking it would stick back on, but I got no such luck.
    With all of this in mind, I have decided after just 2 days of using it that I will return it and try an Artisan Mouse Pad instead. This was my personal experience, and it left me with a bit of a sour taste with the company, so I likely won't be buying with them again personally. But if you are in the market for a pretty good mouse pad that isn't too expensive, this is definitely better than some of the more mainstream big brand ones like corsair, Logitech, Razer, etc.
    All in all, thank you for your review and video, you won over a new subscriber, and I'll be keeping an eye on more of your reviews! I'd love to see you review some more mouse skates, both aftermarket and stock ones, along with maybe some more mice!

    Definitely great to see competition! Went to check the website out though and the shipping to Europe was a little jarring for one of their older pads (33euro + (37 to 57) for shipping to France) not Including TVA.

And the shape is like pulsar x2/endgame ish. And the second mouse LOGA Garuda Pro+ Wireless got hot swap battery. And a G Pro ish shape. And they are both arround like 90 bucks or so.

    • @karl.Kolerika
      @karl.Kolerika Год назад

      @@davidsmith9267 Of course it is nice to have the option to buy their pads in EU. Like Maxgaming offered the duel pad for 60€. But at the same time that is far away from a competitive price. The square one for under 40€ would be great. For 45€ ok. But for 50-60€ there are better options.
      But that's how it is. It's hard for smaller brands to offer their product for nearly the same price in every region.

    • @UpgradeLemonade
      @UpgradeLemonade  Год назад +2

      They did say availability in UK for vagabond so I'd imagine they'd use zero again? But we'll see what happens. True enough tho it's hard to scale across the global for smaller brands
