I wouldn't be surprised if the clown's lighting fire's were nzmca members...I think because of the big increase in members recently the " word is out " and the club is attracting the wrong type ( undisciplined , antisocial , the rules don't apply to me brigade)...dog owners have lost Ardmore because of these clowns and the club need to crack down before thay damage our reputation permanently... the like button on your posts isn't working!!.💕🇳🇿

The group in the caravan and tents didn't have an NZMCA sticker (although that doesn't mean they're not members as some members don't use stickers). The campers who brought a dog that fought with other dogs there had NZMCA stickers. Several NZMCA members have told me there is roughly 10% or so of members that behave badly and it brings shame to the club. DOC does amazing work saving wildlife and providing nice camps for us, so it pisses me off that New Zealanders act this way and then blame it on foreign tourists.

@@caravanlifenz yes members who haven't got a caravan or motorhome can still use club facility's as long as thay deeply the club stickers on the dashboard and the vehicle is self contained... it's a loop hole the club should close !!.💕🇳🇿

I've seen that happening. A rough looking guy showed up at a NZMCA camp in a rough old van that he'd slapped a NZMCA sticker onto even though the van wasn't CSC. The NZMCA doesn't even check people have CSC vehicles when they join. When I joined, they just posted the stickers out without even checking. Some of the roughest vehicles on the road have NZMCA stickers on them!

We have signed up to NZMCA, as we are purchasing a new Cub Camper and it is getting a CSC sticker, but to get that, you have to be a NZMCA member. So we have our wings with nothing stick them to yet.

Sorry about the delay - RUclips only notifies content creators about the first comment, not about replies below that comment, so I didn't see your comment as it wasn't the first in the chain. Have you sorted out your CSC on your camper now and taken it out camping yet? Best of luck with your travels :)
