  • Welcome to Episode 90 of the Eat for Endurance Podcast, featuring sports dietitian and ultra runner Julie Shobe, MS RDN. Julie is a second-time guest on the show, and I brought her back to tell me all about her recent Zion 100 mile finish.     Hi ladies, great podcast!I really loved this episode and as a European I laughed so hard when you discussed course elevation and how it’s so relative. But Julie is right, we do take proud in how hilly our races are 😂

      haha yes I might die if I attempted a European trail race lol. I'm too used to the flowy single track out here in CA where a 7,000 ft 50k is "a lot" :)
