Like the others, I came from my Samsung Health app, since I saw it and it convinced me haha. It's the first time I tried it and I only did 180 squats haha! The jump squats are really difficult. 😅
Is there a reason for the different variations? I am thinking of starting this challenge.

꾸준히 했더니~ 정말 운동되네요 ^^근데 허벅ㆍ엉덩 청바지 터질것 같은데요힙스퀏을 해야할까요? ㅠ ;;
초반에는 몸과 근육이 커지는 것처럼 느껴지지만 꾸준히 하다보면 다시 근육이 단단하게 수축됩니다. 식단과 함께 운동을 병행하시면 더욱 이쁜 하체를 만들 수 있습니다! ^^

오늘은 140. 두다리를 마음대로 움직일 수 없다. 이틀연속으로 하는 내가 대견스럽다. 근육을 얻고 두 다리를 잃은 기분이다,,, 후 만만치 않아 긴장의 끈을 놓칠 수 없다.
3일차 125... 다리근육통은 좋아졌으나 몸이 안좋다. 그래도 100은 하자는 마음으로 했다. 더 점점 주는게 좀 아쉽다.
