I just randomly stumbled upon this, but you guys should hire a person to do your marketing - aka if you want this to be a business you need to think like a BUSINESS thinks - categorize your videos, don't have them all in one great lump, separate them out! Your videos are so diverse, people need to know what they're getting into, there are ways on youtube to separate out videos and even make pre-made playlists for your viewers... Don't give up you have a community of passionate fans that want you to succeed. Put yourself on different apps so people can pay out to you! There's plenty of them and I've definitely seen patreon already mentioned, that's a huge 'streamer-style' source of income, if you want to put out loads of vids and content that's all over the place that's great, but give people loads of ways to tip you, y'all feel?
