I have had horrible post partum anxiety with both of my children and the usual trigger for the panic attacks I have had is when dealing with moments of reliving very traumatic moments similar to yours as I grew up. things I had forgotten about but absolutely throw me back so fast. plus as a PT in healthcare right now the forced masking has caused even more issues for me on top of those things because of the feeling of being chocked that I can't control. I am grateful for my physician who understands and has helped me so much, I think you are doing a wonderful job with your kids and you can tell that they aren't feeling the way you felt because of how they respond to you. I am trying to very hard to give the openness to my kids that I never had, i've also worked on forgiving to allow myself freedom to parent the way my children need and the mother that they need. you're doing great cause you are striving and they are thriving.

I really appreciate you sharing. I have a hard relationship with my in-laws and never know how to handle boundaries well. Your kids are very blessed that you are consciously working on your health and building a safe home.

Hey! Well this totally surprised me. ! You are such a natural mother. Your instincts are spot on. . Good days and bad days...but no matter what you are there for your children. I can't say all that I want to say ...Parenting is hard but rewarding....You need support. Get help where you can. You are doing an amazing job. Honestly! Enjoy Valentine's Day! ❤💜

Thank you for openning up marina! I very much appreciate. Yes mental health is such a taboo subject. 35 and I live with bulimia and GAD since my teens... sooo much judgement and labelling when it comes to ED and mental health in general. :( SO again Thank you. - Rachel, Montreal Canada - xo
