Our local strawberry farm says you don’t wash them til you eat them. Put them in a zip lock with dry paper towels to absorb any moisture and they last a REALLY long time. Super fun to pick!
Makeup can be cheap but don’t skimp on skin care. It’s WELL worth the money. Speaking as a 52 year old, I wish I would’ve started my skin routine way earlier. Any good medical spa will take back anything you don’t like even if it’s used. It lasts a long time and it’s so worth it.
My dad was a public school teacher so it was never an option for me and my kids. But if you want to try it you should. I don’t think it’s smart to try to protect them at all times. They need to learn how to be around other kids and be ok and keeping him away from “bad kids” won’t help him learn to be a leader.
As for safety at school, I feel you. I don’t think it’s the school that needs to be safer it’s the guns that need to be banned. That video in Uvalde of all those trained police officers standing around scared of that gun that maniac was carrying tells me all I need to know. They were afraid of that gun.
I think you should follow your gut and try it. Nothing is forever and you can always send him back if it doesn’t work out.

skincare from the drugstore is just as good, it's more about finding which brands your skin responds to best. one of my favorite brands that I always see great results with is olay for my cream products, serums. I also love L'oreal the company that owns them also owns alot of the high end brands so you get the same grade active ingredients. kudos to you for thinking of homeschooling, our oldest is starting pre-k this fall and we are letting him go but not sure he will stay either. he is so social and I want to give him that opportunity but we also have homeschool as a back up in our minds.
