Join us as we relive the beautiful wedding of Alice and Steve, set in the charming locations of Great Gaddesden and Berkhamsted in Hertfordshire. Captured by Andy Sidders Photography, their special day was filled with love, joy, and unforgettable moments.
Highlights from the Day:
Ceremony at St John The Baptist Church: The day began at the picturesque St John The Baptist Church in Great Gaddesden. I captured Steve greeting guests and took a few portraits before he eagerly awaited Alice’s arrival.
Grand Entrance: Alice made a stunning entrance in a vintage 1966 Austin Princess Limousine. The pre-ceremony shots of her stepping out of the car are truly memorable.
Beautiful Ceremony: The ceremony was held in the church’s gorgeous surroundings, filled with heartfelt readings and the signing of the register. As the newlyweds exited, they were showered with vibrant confetti, creating joyful and colourful photos.
Reception at The Gatsby: The reception took place at The Gatsby in Berkhamsted. Guests mingled and toasted to the happy couple in a beautifully decorated dining room with floral arrangements by Apple Blossom Flowers.
Portraits and Group Photos: We captured intimate portraits of Alice and Steve with their classic car and a nearby footpath as backdrops. Group photos were taken in front of the church door, and dramatic portraits using flash on the grand staircase at The Gatsby.
Heartfelt Speeches and Dance: Post-meal, heartfelt speeches were delivered by the father of the bride and the groom. The evening was filled with dance, thanks to the fabulous Blue Rinse Band. Steve surprised everyone with a touching serenade, adding a special touch to the night.
