So I did a test here last week and as of 2022 I don’t think this is accurate anymore, could’ve been just my route though - I was also failed because the assessor “couldn’t assess” my parking as we “ran out of time” which I really feel isn’t fair because I was just following her directions and I had no control over where we went or how long we took yk?? Friends who did tests at midland agree the assessors are trained to take points off for absolutely anything: I lost 3 for taking too long to pull over, another 3 for “Not attempting to avoid a pothole” and 2 for missing a turn, they’re revenue hunters at best and I lowkey don’t recommend doing a test here at all, go to Northam they literally pass anyone.
Thank you for the video. Even though didn’t go for a class with you, but learnt many minor things from the video and passed at one time. Recommended to my friend last week. Thank you
@@cathycathy8392 don't get nervous too much, u need to focus.and if your parking is not good try to fix it until u think is good, that's what i do before.😊 Good luck 🤗
i have my test by this end of the month. I am really excited and I think this will help me. I'm still practicing my driving in Midland coz im not familiar in that place
As someone who got their license recently I do not recommend midland the test route is good however the instructors will fail you for literally anything I’ve heard this from so Many friends / experienced it myself
In the video it says not to slow at all when switching lanes, if the car next to you is at level with you are you allowed to slow a little to get behind them to switch lanes?
Ideally you shouldn’t drop your speed while changing lane but you must handle the situation safely, so you drop your speed to make some room of safe distance from the following or side car 🚗. Thanks
Hello bro! when you turn right in the multilanes street, you always say that we must keep the left. Is it right cross the lane and go to the left when you are turning?? Because you always do it I thought I can`t do it. I am looking forward to hearing from you. Thanks bro!
Is the speed limit 30kms or 50kms when you made the first turn left after exiting the licencing centre please? I've got an MR test on Tuesday and have heard that people are failing because main roads hasn't marked the area properly as 30kms after the 50km section.
I have my pda soon and I am taking a Toyota vehicle… and as known all Toyota vehicle have handbrake that will not hold the car in place… would I still be allowed to use that car?
@@SUMITDRIVINGACADEMY-SDAperth I wish it was the same route. I will start practising in Midland next week but I do not live in Midland, so the same itinerary for the text would be helpful. Thanks for coming back to me.
Hi,can you please tell me that in the video you are saying that we are turning right at the round about (8:45) but I think you are going straight .Please correct me if I am wrong .
Phiann Ngarua I passed last week. I guess make sure to not wait too long to turn. Try making convos with your instructor, they will be nicer I promise. Be extra cautious when turning. Always turn your head and stuff
There’re few routes to practice. You can book a lesson with us and try to cove most of the main intersections and exercises you need to learn to pass your driving test 👍
I passed!! Although on my second attempt 😁This academy has helped me a lot and these videos were really helpful too. Thanks a lot.
Thanks Mark

Thank you so much for video. I just passed today :)

I have a question
In the 12:26 th video,in turn left, we don't need turning a head left ??just check mirror and signal left?
Yes correct 👍
You don’t need to do head check at left turn unless you are travelling too slow and a cyclist 🚴♀️ could overtake you

I have heard that it is easier to pass the PDA if you are using an instructors car, is this true?
That’s not true. It’s your driving that makes you pass or not pass. Car doesn’t matter as long as it’s roadworthy. Thanks
