Hi Isaac thank u s😢😢o much well CLARIFIED, people are now enlightened. Times are tough and we need wisdom to bo there tomorrow. Sio kujiforce na maisha.at the right time let's do what we can with the little God has provided for us na atatuweza kupanda ngazi zaidi..My nice semi permanent is coming thanks for your inspiration bro.
By the way Isaac huwa kuna difference kwa upande wa mabati in semi permanent na permanent house ama? Coz 3 bedroom semi permanent house mabati ni 65 ilhali permanent house ni 70 and above.
Thank you for good content and for encouraging people to start where they are - at their level/space. Somehow, I think the foundation for a 3 bedroom permanent house may cost more than 400k - may be 500k or even 600k depending on the soil type. Thank you for advice to just build - even 2 rooms - one can use them as smoky-kitchen or store when one finally builds the mansion. Asante sana.
