Be careful about buying 3 boxes of tiles only if they dont fill a room because you can go back to buy more and realize you cannot get the same tile. At least buy enough to complete a room.

Not true. Buy from Company like SAJ ceramics. Just take note of the code number. You can go back there and they produce more with the code provided.

Here we don't have rivers where they haven't sand. So they buy and sell. For some regions in Kenya it's going for over 15,000 ksh

I like the plastic paper you used for blocking the compound. How many meters did you use and the price.
We used two rolls, 18 metres by 2 metres and each was going at 2000ksh
Ig orance is such a bad disease. I have set up a similar structure and i estimate this house at 5.5 milllion this far. At completion it will cost over 10million. Have you interacted with those miniature stru tures on Kangundo road, poorly finished going for 7 million? Big up Charlow and Linet!

How much approximately to do a well per feet in ksh?
For instance a quotation of 70 feet well
They charge
1 to 10 feet at 400ksh per feet (total 4000)
11 to 20 feet at 500 per feet (total 5000)
21 to 30 feet at 600 per feet (6000)
31 to 40 feet at 700 per feet 7000)
41 to 50 feet at 800 per feet (8000)
51 to 60 feet at 900 per feet(9000)
61 to 70 feet at 1000 per feet ( 10,000)
Rate summary: An additional of 100sh per foot after every 10 feet .
Maximum feets: 150
Well digging Total cost will be 49,000 Ksh

The rough and tuff or wall master you will need around 80 buckets, ( 9m x 3m). Actually the 3.5m is very cautious amount , the total amount including kitchen cabinets and wardrobes 5 to 6m.
Your in the right tract guys , only try to buy tiles per room.

Can I ask How many iron sheets did u have to buy for this size house and do u get them all in 1 size like 3meter by 1 meter sheets or all different sizes.
We used 150 iron sheets. 3 metres and 2 metres
The size of the house is 225 M²

Guys considering transportation & Labor Top knoch Roof and so much Ceiling Timber, and Darugo machine cut hard stones, Surely 4m is even probably less. It could be 5m or more. and They must have Bought the land also who knows how much. For they age, wao! wao! its amazing. But its OK we are glad and inspired by you guys. We can help them buying them a Box of TILES each If they can tell us how much a BOX and show them love for they have really tried Just my thinking. 🙏💙🧡❤🤍🙏.

Building can be expensive, this house will cost proximately 5-6M, it depends on where one is building and the materials one is using, my house is also 3 bedroom and I can say it's not easy
