I assume he took the 8 fight deal, as the then Champion, with the intention of 'probably not' finishing it, he might retire before that. Moral of the story, always sign long contracts WHILE you're the Champ for maximum payouts.

@@bloatersnake9787 I like Conor, I'm definitely a Conor fan BUT I'm realistic so I can admit he makes up excuses.. Alot sometimes. An I also think without a doubt Khabib will always beat him. He may put up a better fight if he has a better camp where he isn't drinking an whatever else but I still think nobody can fuck with Khabib. If he sees that clip I'd be willing to bet money on it that he would make up some excuse about either himself or Khabib as a reason why he tapped.
