Record breaking goals scored (at the time). It has a tactical look to it. I also remember chelsea smashing couple of teams by 6 and 8 goals. It might be nostalgia just like the 2 champions league winning kits

I can't imagine the chaos for you guys during the transfer window. For us Fulham fans, it's always exciting. Especially since we're not really notorious for spending big money. Chelsea, on the other hand, yea you guys like to spend. I don't have a problem with that, but they really must perform which they sometimes don't.
I think that sponsorless 1 looks nice as with 2nd. Even though I'm not Chelsea fan. As Arsenal fan I got 2 Umbro shirts red and yellow sponsor free. They were last of Umbro until 1986

I have 91-93. I bought it for a quid in a second hand clothes market in Uganda. I literally would never sell it unless I was offered 5 figures. It just means too much to me.
Kinda harsh towards Nike, they were known for their simple basic and clean designs. I would rate some shirts of Nike higher. And that Adidas shirt with the yellow lineing in the sleeves.. Absolute world class. I had that for years. Btw, hope te see your review on this year kits.. ALL 3 😅

Wouldn’t underestimate the shorts. The 2017/18 kit was all about the white stripe down the sides. Nod to the 1970 Chelsea kit.
