    I didn't have the opportunity to shake hand with you this year, but I want to express my gratitude to you for generously sharing reloading and gun tuning videos on RUclips. Your tips significantly contributed to my achievement of the 1st Expert medal in sling division. Where I've only been involved in full-bore shooting for two years, and I'm hoping to make make it straight to the High Master for next year.

    South of the Equator do they use left hand twist or right hand twist. I know their toilets flush/spin backwards. lol, fun video.

    As Nanrey stated Eric, "my gratitude to you for generously sharing reloading and gun tuning videos on RUclips" And a big thanks for this video as it woke me up from my dream. You see I thought that maybe I could compete. But you guys talk a different language and I just don't know now. I am beside myself with the mathematics and the hardware. Enough...my full admiration to you and also to all participants at this level. Be safe and God Bless

    I really enjoyed this video. I admire anyone who shoots comps, it’s not easy shooting among others under time restrictions. The nerves are the biggest concept one needs to control. Thanks!!

    I and have to ask what is "seed squatting"?

    • @ErikCortina
      @ErikCortina  7 месяцев назад +5

      Seed squadding is when they squad shooters according to their place on the standings. If you are relay 1, you are on the top 50 or so, if you are relay 2, you are below 50. If you are relay one, the lower target number is usually higher in the standings. So anyone to your right is behind you in the standings.

    Welp, it's good to see that there are few people in America that are able to get their hands on some VihtaVuori powder. That's the only proof I've seen that they are still making it.

  • @frankgeimer5952

    seed squadding = pairing up a high score shooter with a low score shooter to eliminate shooters faster and the high score competitors match up faster at the end.

    This video should be titled - Erik's tuner promotional video.

      Please let me know where this video hurt you. LMAO

    • @mickroberts5166
      @mickroberts5166 7 месяцев назад

      No hurt, just wondering when are you going to do a decent video where you are not blowing smoke up your own backside and promoting your products.

    • @mickroberts5166
      @mickroberts5166 7 месяцев назад +1

       @ErikCortina no hurt, just disappointment. When are you going to make a decent video without self promotion of products for which you don't want to share proper user instructions.

    • @ErikCortina
      @ErikCortina  7 месяцев назад +1

      Well, you sound extremely butthurt. Sorry. 🤷‍♂️

    No love for the sling shooters?

    • @Palma_Rebel
      @Palma_Rebel 7 месяцев назад +2

      Be fair to Erik. He is focused on F-Class, that is his discipline and reporting drive. There is a crossover between disciplines but he is also recording and concentrating on his own shooting. No doubt we need more like him in other disciplines such as sling (I am a sling shooter) but to ask more and more would mean Erik becomes a reporter and not a shooter.

    Erik when you were interviewing Matt Basalla what are those clear ammo things called and where can you get them? Did you call them clip it clamps?

    • @ErikCortina

      "Click it clams"

    Is this a typical course of fire for f-class? Sounds like so much fun.

    • @ErikCortina
      @ErikCortina  7 месяцев назад +1

      It is a common course of fire, especially internationally.

    It's not hard to understand tuner settings. If it's hot out, the barrel grows. So you turn the tuner in to effectively make your barrel "shorter" tuning wise. You can actually mathmatically figure it out, based on barrel length and material vs temperature and growth in .001". If your tuner is .001 per number (I haven't measured) then you can figure this all out. No more guessing.
