    My mom was a Whirlpool fan, she never had any other model washer. She liked the deep wash tub and their rock solid dependability.

    Probably the last Whirlpool direct drive ever made.

    • @Mikey2Cold550
      @Mikey2Cold550 5 месяцев назад

      True, considering it has a fixed rinse cycle and the machine was made in the same year the crappy H.E. washers arrived in appliance stores.

    • @homeguestunton
      @homeguestunton 5 месяцев назад

      @@Mikey2Cold550 But Whirlpool had a weird 2010s era where they removed the spray rinse on their washing machines, and gradually brought it back. This was a weird era and affected all whirlpool brand machines. Both the VMW and the fancier VMAX series. But in around 2016, they slowly brought it back in newer VMW models, in 2019 (I think) they added spray rinses in the MVWX655DW, WTW5000DW, kenmore 25132, and probably a Crosley version. I believe some other kenmore models. And as of 2020 I think, all whirlpool machines had spray rinses. But the weird 2014-2016 era they had a fixed rinse cycle for all the machines. When VMW machines first came out most did have spray rinse. I believe the BW, BQ, YQ, XQ, AW, and XW models all had it. However, when the “DW” models came out most did not until around 2019. For the VMAX machines I believe they didn’t use it until they introduced the newer models which came out in late 2019 to early 2020. 2010-2015? Whirlpool VMW machines i think did the spray rinse, except for the DW models from mid to late 2014 or even early 2015. But in 2015 I know many models got discontinued and all whirlpool machines that were left did deep rinses.

    Pleaseeeee tell me how to add fabric softener to this machine.
    I just got it and love how fast it washes and dry the clothes spin...but I would realllly like to know how to add fabric softener..the manual was useless in this area.

    • @Compwhiz128
      @Compwhiz128 10 лет назад

      you add it to the final rinse water, or use a downy ball, or use the fabric softener dispenser on your machine, just remember to dilute it with water.

    • @thebranman7516
      @thebranman7516 5 лет назад

      Judy Kumor that’s because it uses a thermistor and ATC or automatic temp control, normally a washer without atc just mixes equal hot and cold to make up “warm”. But atc makes the water a certain temp. It’s kinda unnecessary in my opinion

  • @Sharkie626

    • @jonathanashbeck3740
      @jonathanashbeck3740 8 лет назад

      Yeah that kind is not my favorite direct drive either but I can understand why it might use less water for the rinse cycle. Plus you can even see the tub rock during the rinse cycle.

    • @whirlpoolz1200
      @whirlpoolz1200 6 лет назад +2

      It's only bad because of the reduced water feature. Everything else (theoretically) is the same as a machine from before this was manufactured.

    • @whirlpoolz1200
      @whirlpoolz1200 7 лет назад

      italia01139 it's not over sudsing because when you agitate water and soap it creates suds and the more agitation the more suds.
