I'm sorry, although this I'm sure is a great vid for Creo novices, there's two difficulties: it's fuzzy, and the narrators accent is too thick to be easily followed. All the same, thanks so much.

Hi again, I:m glad to get your reply my friend. I did look at one your other vids as well and it is much better in both regards, so not all is lost. I wanted to ask you, how did you learn CREO? On the job? I certainly can't buy my own seat to practice on, and taking notes is not my forte either.
Also, do you mind telling me where you work and what products you are modeling? In the meantime, I'll be watching your vids, thanks.
