Yams are different from sweet potatoes. Yams are monocots in the order Dioscoreales, related to lilies and grasses. Sweet potatoes are in the order Solanales, family Convolvulaceae, related to morning glory. At least according to Wikipedia.
Very delicious 😋
Looks yummy. Going to try it.
I loved it

This seems to be the very best recipe for Burger Buns I ever have seen! I have only one question: Wouldn't it be better and more practical , instead of using water and milk powder, when there would be used milk instead? Thanks in advantage for your professional answer😁 P. S. What kind of gorgeous cheese are you using in this video? It looks so yummy😁
The correct abbreviation for grams is : gms

Buns look great but i think your patties need more fat content. Crust looks really bad.
