- A burger masterclass with none other than George Motz! Today we are making a Smash Oklahoma Burger but George Motz’s style. This is one of the best burger recipes we tried, a super fluffy and tasty pumpkin bun with the perfect blend of meat.

Here is the recipe from the video to make 1kg of dough:
-525g Baking flour
-130g Pumpkin puree
-175g Milk
-60g Egg
-5g Dry yeast
-30g Sugar
-10g Salt
-30g Butter

Been trying to make bread with homemade flour. It doesn't rise with just yeast. What am I doing wrong? Do I need to add baking soda or baking powder and if so, how much? Please advise. Thank you
I could tell his backyard wasn't Brazil because there's no scolding hot sun cooking you along with the burgers.
