I agree, with the gassy part with KàChava... yet, this product, is superb for my eating habits. I just mix it with me jugs of coffee in the morning " to my taste ", which is almost the serving size...
It is my " go to food "
Flavor is the 2nd selling point, under all the ingrediants. I have introduced this to folks and they stay with it. 🥰

Hello, I loved your video for kachava and huel meal replacement shakes! Which one of the two would you recommend for weight gain and a meal replacement but won’t make you feel bloated after drinking one of the shakes??? I’m in the market to buy a bag I’m just confused and which one to buy. Would any of these two be good to drink through the day or do you have to drink it all right away after you make it? What is the wait time that you have after you make a shake to drink it, like is it bad in 20-30 minutes to drink or can you take a few sips and come back to it?
Your video has been a really good feedback review of each products than what everyone talks about. Loved that you did the pros and cons!! Much helpful in this video ❤

Brandon L, glad I could help! This video actually compares the "dry meal" instant meals from Huel to the Ka'Chava meal replacement drink. I did a more recent video where I compared the Huel vs Ka'Chava meal replacement drinks against each other. See below link. Having said that, I liked Ka'Chava slightly better as it didn't make me feel as "bloated". I wouldn't use either for "weight gain" as they don't have enough calories, and I'm not a certified nutritionist, so I can't tell you the best way to do that. I just used them for meal replacements when I was short on time. I would drink them within 10 minutes of making them as I liked them cold. I imagine they would last longer, but never tried that. ruclips.net/video/q7D0dqGvaxs/видео.html

Ka chava has excess amounts of some nutrients and inadequate amounts of a couple of nutrients so it isn't really meant to be a fully nutritionally complete meal replacement and is more like a supplement. Ka chava is also much more expensive than huel which provides adaquate amounts of all nutrients at an affordable price. I wouldn't really consider them to be direct competitors despite having a similar form factor for those 2 reasons.

N O, I ended up liking the chocolate and vanilla equally. It was good to mix it up so I didn't get tired of one flavor. I also tried the coconut acai, but it took me a while to get used to that one. Now it seems they have Matcha and Chai, both of which I have not tried.

r2112 good question. Ka'Chava is made in an NSF (National Science Foundation) approved manufacturing facility, which means it's 3rd party verified. I had a chat with a team member there who says it is NSF certified...which means all the ingredients on the packaging are in the powder. But, they don't put that certification on the bag, which is strange. It doesn't look like Huel is NSF certified. Check out my NSF video about it as it's still a bit hazy...ruclips.net/user/shorts5aeEk4u5Tws?feature=share

Based on my experience with Isagenix (which is another excellent product), I would say that it is not realistic to expect to feel full on any liquid diet. (Compared to fasting, drinking a protein shake is easy.) As for increasing the cost per meal by adding fruit or cereal, if you are buying those foods anyway (I do), you are not really increasing the cost per meal. In fact, by adding blueberries (or whatever) to your shake mix you are increasing the likelihood that you will consume the standalone additives before they go stale. Ka’Chava (non-subscription) for me.

This is a mismatched comparison. You're comparing Huel "Hot and Savory" versus Huel "Black" to Ka'Chava. Huel Black is the meal replacement, while Hot and Savory is more real food'ish and is not a simple shake.
