"Rita sends a monster and four Putties to impersonate the Rangers in both of their forms to Angel Grove. Once there, the doppelgängers cough up trouble and our heroes are sent to detention. With the real Rangers in detention, their doubles are free to wreak havoc posing as the real Power Rangers!"
Mighty Morphin Power Rangers is the brainchild of Saban, created using a combination of new footage and stock footage from the Japanese Super Sentai series: Kyōryū Sentai Zyuranger. The series follows five "teenagers with attitude" Jason, Zack, Trini, Billy and Kimberly as they help Zordon and Alpha 5 take on the forces of the evil Rita Repulsa as the Mighty Morphin Power Rangers! Turn on the Power Rangers Theme Song, Enter your morph Sequence to Access the Morphing Grid and hop in your Megazord to Join Nicki and Monty as they cover Mighty Morphin Power Rangers! It is power week, power rangers morphicon 2022 is upon us and today is Power Rangers day, what better time than now to enjoy some power rangers content! The Bulk and Skull parts of the episode were funny. Not only did Bulk have a big ass sub sandwich in his lunch box/bag but he also had a whole cream pie LMAO.
I swear dude, I was so thoroughly entertained by that scene. Made the whole episode for me 😂😂😂
7:05 - I completely forgot that Bulk's lunchbox is an extra-dimensional space. He must've gotten it from the same store that Simon Belmont bought his backpack from in Captain N.

Truthfully tho, this was one instance where Rita did it better than Bandora. The only flaws in her plan were that Mr. Caplan is too lazy to keep an eye on detention all day and Buulk and Skull are easily fooled. If Caplan wasn't so bad at being a principal, or if Buulk and Skull were a little smarter, Rita may have won, or the Rangers would have been forced to reveal their identities.
I hear that the Bottomless Lunchbox of Farkas Bulkmeyer ended up in Olmec's Temple, but unfortunately, that show was cancelled before that particular episode could air.
I totally forgot he voiced Twinman, probably because he was such a lame villain. I respect your legends of the hidden temple reference!
20:18 - A better question is, 'Were they the main characters in this episode?'. Because I feel like Bulk and Skull were the actual main characters in this one.

The evil ranger thing was ok.
Seeing the cast be bad was funny.
Bulk with the lunch at detention was some real slapstick.
I knew Bryan Cranston voiced a couple monsters.
One was a snake/lizard hybrid (Snizzard).
But i didn't know the Twinman was the other one.
Fun fact:this episode aired in November of '93, Thanksgiving weekend on Saturday morning.
But the night before, Black Friday, Fox Night at the movies premiered "TMNT 2:Secret of The Ooze" and it was hosted by some of the castmembers from MMPR.
The Zyuranger version of this episode played up the framing aspect a little more, with Scorpina's counterpart helping things along by posing as a news reporter (though she didn't take part in the battle either).
Yes it was hard to see the citizens attacking the Zyurangers, which had been protecting them for so long

What I took from this episode:
Lunchboxes contain infinite food in the MMPRverse
The ultimate level of delinquancy in a 90s highschool was adding soap to a water fountain
Bulk and Skull sometimes have to be dumbed down to the extreme for the plot
and finally
sometimes you can just teleport into the room and hope your identity doesn't get exposed...

Well to be fair poor Mr. Kaplan almost broke his neck and then almost drowned in the soap. No one even helped him up!
You can say that he stole that lunchbox from the Time Lords.

Besides watching it on the DVD set recently, this is an episode that I remember watching when I was a kid. I enjoyed it quite a bit. And yeah, because Doomsday fulfilled Fox Kids's initial 40 episode order and was going to be the show's series finale, they did a bottle show to slow things down before the finale. Time Force did the same thing. And I think a few other seasons did it too. Great review as always guys! I'm looking forward to your reactions to Doomsday.

@@TheMontyVerse I don't have Netflix so I'm going over to my sister's place on the 22nd to watch Once and Always with her and her partner, so I'll have to wait to watch your reaction/review of it until I get home from my sister's place on Saturday night, so I don't spoil myself. Lol. Next week might as well be #MorphinWeek because between Doomsday and Once & Always you're gonna be talking nothing but Power Rangers all week.
Again, this is one of Rita's smarter plans. And it could've worked if she had her putties doing illegal things as the Rangers in their human forms. There'd be no coming back from that.
This episode was awesome, I loved it. I would enjoy an entire episode of Bulk and Skull in detention. Fun fact I actually had a detention pack back in high school. I had alot of snacks so I related to bulk alot this episode

After the next 2 episodes we will reach the end of the Sentai footage, used in Zyurangers. Saban got the production crew in Japan to make new footage just for Power Rangers.

Montyverse and Nicki, I enjoyed the Reaction to the Mighty Morphin Power Rangers episode A Bad Reflection on You. Also, The Rangers faced off against their evil Twins that included the Putties in Black, Blue, Yellow, and Pink and the Twin Man impersonated the Red Ranger. Also, The Rangers did took care of the Twin man with the Power Blaster. Also, I am looking forward to the 2 part Reaction of Mighty Morphin Power Rangers Doomsday and the 30th Anniversary Special Next week. Also, Bulk have lots of stuff in the detention Survival kit. Also, You and Nicki are both amazing and awesome in doing the Power Rangers Reaction Videos and the Power Rangers Content.❤😊

Wasnt a terrible episode not quite the last couple but it wasn't awful! Bulks magic Lunchbox need to be available as a collector's item! I almost wish it pulled out pasta and pizza inspite of Evil Billy despite that Billy not being their as a huge fudge you!🙃🤪😋🤤🍕🍝
