🇨🇳 This Double Spicy Fried Noodle Dish Put LIUZHOU On China's Food Map!!

- GuangXi's love of NOODLES is legendary, and today's FRIED Luo Si Fen Snail Noodle is a treat you absolutely cannot miss! Featuring LiuZhou's well-loved chili heavy oily broth as soup and the traditional assortment of pickled sides, chefs at this restaurant perfect a move of genius by FRYING the entire noodle recipe instead of serving it as a soup.
The original snail noodle soup with rice noodles is also excellent at this restaurant (they were famous for it even before the recent chef's brilliance), but since the invention of fried Luo Si Fen this restaurant has become a known and loved favorite all across LiuZhou.

My favorite thing to do is to look at the expressions of the people in the restaurant. You do have to ask what they are thinking. Most just ignore you but then there are the special few that seem fascinated by your filming. Very entertaining.

when I first time introduced to lau shi fen, smelling from afar the scent is like a heavy stench of fermented rotten meat and vegetables straight from rubbish dump. It discourage me to have a taste at first but once I get near the source of the smell, the stench had changed into something savoury and quite appetizing. I had my first try and Im hooked with it ever since. It just that I cannot eat it from inside my home. My children will complain about the bad smell . The scent would never disappear for few days.

Hi Darlene! Yes this is the spiciest dish I've ever had in China, for sure. I've not been to the province north of GuangXi (and these are the 2 provinces that eat really spicy food in China), but this dish is one of the few that is "outstandingly spicy"

Hi Luis Anthony! Well, thank you for a good question, and also for a compliment :). It IS possible to be 'unhealthy' while looking slim however, about half of the way a person looks is simply up to their genetic makeup. That being said, I do exercise 3-4 hours per day on average
