Mere gari me stock bulb ka light kam hone ki wajah se maine zayada watt k bulb lagaye the showroom se, usme throw proper nehi tha, fir main usko adjust karne k liye motor ko up/down aur right/left adjust kia tha. Lekin fir v solution nehi hone k baad maine aftermarket bulb change kia. Iske baad gari ka light ka throw to acha ho gaya, lekin usse pehle jo motor ko adjust karne ka kousish kia tha uske liye avi light ka direction ulta pulta ho gaya. Avi high beam karne par light ka throw road pe kam aur side me zyada hai, aisa low beam me v horaha hai. Company se jo setting hoke aata hai motor me kya wohi setting dubara milaya ja sakta hai? Kya koi marking rehta hai wo motor me. Kya showroom me aisa koi machine hota hai jisse light ka purana setting restore kia ja sake??? Main isko leke bahat pareshan hu. Night driving me bahat problem ho raha hai. Pls help me.

Thanks .... So as the motor winds the white gear that moves the potentiometer on the back side of the circuit board ( next to the capacitor ) , until the voltage of the potentiometer equals the voltage from the Potentiometer on the dashboard . ? Is that right ?

Can I reuse this motor in new headlight in Alto Type I (2005) ? Maruti MGP sells 2 headlight parts. One is with & without motor. You can check on Boodmo. With motor it costs 3283/- & without motor it costs 1240/- My alto has leveling feature & headlight is broken. If I can remove old motor from broken headlight & reuse in new headlight then it will be cheaper for me.. Pictures of both headlight backside is available on Boodmo.

Yes, you ll have to use the old motor only, because new headlights comes without motors.
