The best thing about your tutorials, is that you are not skipping steps, you show everything, other tutorials/courses from other people could show how they weight paint one-two joints and then they can say "now lets do it for all the body" cut it all from the video and than "thats it we are done" you show everything and explain everything and its really really good, thank you!
This was the best video I've come across this far. I watched the previous one too, so that might be why I'm beginning to understand this. But this video was so simple and easy to follow. Thanks a lot!!

Great tutorial, with this knowledge painting weights looks a little less painful, i have a question, i see you paint the weights posing the joints, what is first? painting or create controls?

So i am having an issue, whenever I press the icon to start painting weights on my model the model doesn't turn black like in the video?
