I am of the understanding that the healing you speak of is both in the spiritual, as well as in the physical. The moment a person believes in Jesus is the moment the individual receives spiritual healing from this sin sick world. Yes! My brother-in Christ, faith in Jesus or in his name brings on the healing via the many stripes he received. There is, definitely, endless power in the matchless name of Jesus. Greetings and blessings to you, actually the healing that's in question is a physical one, because when it comes to spiritual healing its called Deliverance and not necessarily spiritual although it can have a spiritual application. but Jesus mainly died for removal of sin and removal of the penalty of sin which is death and sickness. many commentators copy from each other and refuse to use healing in the proper context for whatever reason. I know we use spiritual healing for the sin sick soul but tech, the soul is delivered from sin, and restored back to life. but because of the death of Jesus and His stripes we can claim physical healing.

You referenced Roman 10:9. In the later part of this verse it says...thou shalt be saved. Many will say that upon confession one is saved. To me this part of this verse is a promise??shall be.... So, the question is...Isn’t being “saved” and having an Acts 19:2-6 experience to different things when addressing salvation or being born again?

In other words the last shalt is ginger upon the first shalt, which both takes place the same day it happens. Acts is another phase of as we call it the 3rd work of Grace. 1. Salvation, 2. Sanctification, 3. Spiritual Baptism. So in Acts Paul is asking have you been Baptized in the Holy Ghost since you believed.
