I feel a connection to Seth's Mom after the revolving door incident at Le Manoir Richelieu. My brother got his head caught in a revolving door at another Fairmont Hotel: the Chateau Laurier. The hotel gave us a cloth with ice in it to bring down the swelling in my brother's head. For years after that, we'd use that cloth to wrap up buns when warming them in the microwave.
