Road was occupied on both lanes (her and the dude on the right), she decided to turn and he tried to squeeze between two already present cars. Yes, it would have been his fault. Not to mention he was in the right lane before approaching so shes fine on that side as well because he was in a lane that had an car infront of him while she was overtaking from the left and he decided to turn left and squeeze in. If he goes to court hes going to lose if she did blink (and we are basing it on that now)

David Lebel there have been studies to show that lane splitting can really help with traffic and can be safer in heavy traffic for the biker, that being said lane splitting guidelines and laws typically state you need to be going 10 mph or less and these riders are going way too fast.

Most likely the ball belonged to the school, which means it was the school's property, not his, and the school is funded by either the state (public) or by the parents who send their kids there (private). Which means no matter how you look at it, he has no more claim to that ball than those kids.
Secondly, who the fuck does this guy think he is? He's obviously not their father. So he can take his self-righteous smug ass and go fuck himself. If some random bloke thinks they are going to teach my kids "a lesson", then they have another thing coming. 5:30 kinda both their faults, he should’ve been a lot slower than he was when you lane split, she should had her blinker on, she cut in front of the car next to her in time but she also said she saw the motorcyclist. If he was going the same speed as the cars around him he would’ve slowed in time and not hit her as she went in, he also saw that the car ahead of him were slowing down so he should’ve as well, it’s hard for cars to judge where motorcycles are and it’s hard for motorcycles to stop fast, so i personally think they’re both at fault and they shouldn’t have given each other attitude.
