AUTOMATIC DOUBLE SHAFT WINDER

In processing lines where final products are delivered in the form of rolls, it is necessary to have an appropriate winding system.
Products to be wound can be of different sizes (widths, internal and external diameters) and nature, for example laminated materials, coated with adhesive materials, ect. They can be wound in contact or axially and winders can be with supports or cantilever, single, double or revolver. Furtermore winding shafts usually have pneumatic expansion. We also offer winding trolley for jumbo rolls. It is fundamental that the force applied to the material to be wound remains constant, and to comply with this requirement we adopted different technologies, like dancers, load cells servo diameters etc.
