I just turned 73. I have been taking L Arginine for the past year now, and have weined myself of my blood pressure meds. Also with the help of pelvic floor exercises my sex life has changed dramatically. Morning wood has returned and has put a big smile on my wife's face once again...!!!
Also my chlorestol has gone back to normal.
My testosterone reading last time was 520, which is amazing at my age.
I visit my doctor every 3months and have blood work done and he is very pleased with my results....
Regular exercise, and walks also help emmensly.
So do yourself a favor. GET HEALTHY...!!!😊

Determining the "best" company for L-Arginine supplements can be subjective and depends on several factors, including product quality, purity, and your individual needs and preferences. Here are some tips to help you choose a reputable company for supplements:
      1. Research and Reputation: Look for well-established companies with a good reputation in the supplement industry. Check online reviews, customer feedback, and ratings to gauge the company's credibility.
      2. Quality and Purity: Ensure the company follows good manufacturing practices (GMP) and that their products are of high quality and purity. Many reputable companies have their products independently tested for quality and purity.
      3. Transparency: A good company should provide detailed information about the sourcing, production, and testing of their supplements. This transparency is a sign of commitment to product quality.
      4. Customer Support: Consider the level of customer support the company offers. A company with accessible and knowledgeable customer support can be valuable if you have questions or concerns.
      5. Certifications: Look for products that are certified by reputable organizations, such as the United States Pharmacopeia (USP), ConsumerLab, or NSF International.
      6. Ingredients: Review the ingredient list to ensure it meets your dietary preferences, such as vegetarian or vegan capsules.
      7. Price and Value: Compare prices and determine the value you get for your money. Sometimes, higher-priced products are of higher quality, but not always.
      8. Consult a Healthcare Professional: Before starting any supplement, it's a good idea to consult with a healthcare provider. They can offer guidance on the best products for your specific health needs.
Ultimately, the "best" company for you may vary based on your specific requirements. It's essential to do your research, read product reviews, and consult with a healthcare professional to choose the most suitable L-Arginine supplement for your health goals and needs.

    • @AlinartHealth
      @AlinartHealth  Месяц назад

Unfortunately, it's not possible to significantly increase your height after your growth plates have closed, which typically happens around age 20-25. However, there are some things you can do to improve your posture and appear taller:
      • Maintain good posture: Stand up straight with your shoulders back and core engaged.
      • Strengthen your core: A strong core can help improve your posture and make you appear taller.
      • Stretch regularly: Stretching can help improve your flexibility and posture.
      • Wear clothes that elongate your figure: Vertical stripes and high-waisted pants can help create the illusion of longer legs.
      • Avoid slouching: Slouching can make you appear shorter and can also be harmful to your spine.
If you are concerned about your height, it's always a good idea to talk to your doctor. They can rule out any underlying medical conditions and offer advice on how to improve your posture and overall health.

    L citrruline better then this

    • @AlinartHealth
      @AlinartHealth  Год назад +2

The choice between L-Arginine and L-Citrulline often depends on individual health goals and needs. Both of these amino acids play essential roles in the body and are sometimes used as supplements, particularly for their potential benefits in promoting cardiovascular health and improving exercise performance. Here's a brief comparison:
      L-Arginine:
      • L-Arginine is a direct precursor to nitric oxide (NO), a molecule that relaxes blood vessels and improves blood flow.
      • It's often used for enhancing blood circulation, which can benefit cardiovascular health and exercise performance.
      • Some studies suggest it may help with conditions like high blood pressure and erectile dysfunction.
      • L-Arginine can be found in foods like meat, poultry, fish, and dairy products.
      L-Citrulline:
      • L-Citrulline is indirectly converted into L-Arginine in the body, which then leads to increased nitric oxide production.
      • It's known for its potential to enhance endurance during physical activity and reduce muscle soreness.
      • Some individuals prefer L-Citrulline for its longer-lasting effects compared to L-Arginine.
      • L-Citrulline is naturally found in watermelon and other foods.
Whether L-Arginine or L-Citrulline is "better" depends on your specific health goals. For example, if you're primarily interested in improving exercise performance or reducing muscle fatigue, L-Citrulline might be a good choice. However, if you're looking to address issues like high blood pressure or erectile dysfunction, L-Arginine may be more suitable.
As always, it's essential to consult with a healthcare professional or a registered dietitian before starting any new supplement regimen. They can provide personalized guidance based on your individual needs and help you make an informed decision about which supplement, if any, is right for you.

@@AlinartHealth nice to reply thankyou ... and one more thing can i use both citrulline or arginine .. same time ... or if yes then please recomnded doses ..

    • @AlinartHealth
      @AlinartHealth  Год назад +1

You're welcome, and that's a great question! Using both L-Arginine and L-Citrulline together is a strategy that some people employ to potentially enhance the benefits associated with nitric oxide production and blood flow. The combination can work synergistically because L-Citrulline is converted into L-Arginine in the body, providing a sustained source for nitric oxide production.
Here's a general recommendation if you want to use both:
L-Arginine: Typically, dosages range from 3 to 6 grams per day for cardiovascular health and lower blood pressure. For specific health concerns like erectile dysfunction or exercise performance, dosages may go up to 5 to 9 grams per day.
L-Citrulline: Doses can range from 1.5 to 6 grams per day, depending on your goals. Some individuals take L-Citrulline as a pre-workout supplement to enhance exercise performance.
If you want to use both, you might start with lower doses and monitor how your body responds. Here's a sample approach:
      • L-Arginine: Start with around 2-3 grams per day.
      • L-Citrulline: Start with around 1-2 grams per day.
Over time, you can gradually adjust the doses as needed, and you should consult with a healthcare provider for personalized guidance. Keep in mind that individual responses to supplements can vary, and it's essential to ensure that the combination aligns with your specific health goals and doesn't lead to any adverse effects.
Before starting any new supplement regimen or combination, it's always a good idea to consult with a healthcare professional. They can provide personalized recommendations based on your health status and goals.

I'm glad you found the information helpful! Your proposed combination of L-Arginine, L-Citrulline, and Citrulline Malate is a strategy that some individuals use to potentially enhance nitric oxide production and blood flow. Here's a general breakdown of your proposed ratios:
      • L-Arginine: 3 grams
      • L-Citrulline: 3 grams
      • Citrulline Malate: 2 grams
The ratio you mentioned is close to 2:1 in favor of L-Arginine, which is a common ratio used by some people. This combination can work synergistically because L-Citrulline is converted into L-Arginine in the body, and Citrulline Malate combines L-Citrulline with Malic Acid, which may help reduce muscle fatigue and improve exercise performance.
However, as with any supplementation regimen, it's crucial to consider the following:
      1. Consultation: Before starting this combination, it's best to consult with a healthcare professional or a registered dietitian. They can evaluate your specific health goals, overall health status, and provide personalized recommendations.
      2. Individual Response: Keep in mind that individual responses to supplements can vary. What works well for one person might not have the same effect on another. It's essential to monitor how your body responds and adjust the doses if needed.
      3. Quality and Purity: Ensure that you're using high-quality, reputable supplements to ensure their purity and effectiveness.
      4. Timing: Consider when you'll be taking these supplements. Some people take them as part of their pre-workout routine to potentially enhance exercise performance.
Remember that supplements should complement a balanced diet and healthy lifestyle. They are not a substitute for proper nutrition and exercise. Consulting with a healthcare professional will help you make informed decisions about your supplementation regimen based on your unique health needs and goals.
