At least she is only person I have seen who put all the necessary basic strokes all in one video rather 50 of them for me to sift through. For that I appreciate.
Thank you Yangyang! I’m a beginner. Your teaching helps me a great deal. I’m glad I can finally practice at home when alone. Thank you for your effort in making this wonderful video. 💖

Hi! A question. I could put only a midsize table tennis in my apartment. Does it count for light trainining and burn calories? How much calories? I play alternative with one hand and the other always drive to produce de more movement possible and moving both arms. Thank you very much answer will be apreciated.
Wow.... I am stunned! The way your putting in efforts is marvellous This is indeed a practice for Olympics I suppose!😊 anyways it was really so much benefitting for me. Keep posting such videos they amazing i am living it. Lastly thanx a ton.....👌👍
Thanks for making these videos! I like your video making style! Can you please make a second part of this to show how to practice diiferent serves and topspin shots at home without board!
Of course the ball can go out from the sides of the table of the opponents. Especially it is useful to serve shortly so that the ball bounces out from the two front sides of your opponents table.
um im 12 years old boy and this is my 3rd battle for table tenis first medal is silver and second medal is gold and the 3rd is i dont know cuz we just practise for that :DD
Tuấn Trọng Đào im no expert but the main things that stand out is 1. The angles Topspin 45 degrees Loop closer to 90 degrees 2. Reason to play Topspin is for attack and to role ball off opponents paddle Which punishes defense and adds more pressure Loop is for defense and to counter topspin by playing off your opponents power

Thanks Yang Yang for your useful tips of table tennis.
Tangling, it will better if we can see yr entire legs for the steps. Thank you for putting all the strokes into one video.
nice exercise...please teach us how to practise spin ball (top, side, under) alone and make sure the ball is quite spinny enough. thnx
topspin against the wall, the more topspin the higher the return, but don't use speed, use high rotation to not crack the ball
Very good training. Would you please adjust the camera, cannot see your footsteps? Thank you
Amazing! Especially the ball control.
This is very helpful; I can now see the correct way to move the bat for different strokes. Thank you Yang Yang!

Great, I love this lesson
I want to ask about serve if it is legal to go out from the sides of the table of the opponant. Plz help
H WA pls explain better
But as a general answer the serve is to be done from behind the line even if your body isn't there
Of course the ball can go out from the sides of the table of the opponents. Especially it is useful to serve shortly so that the ball bounces out from the two front sides of your opponents table.
That was awesome , thank you
How can I stop the ball on the racket??? That is the only thing I cannot do both before and after watching your video.
let ur bat drop at the same rate as gravity. It took me 4 hours of practice. Now its as intuitive as riding a bike. ;-)
@@law3wor Next step, with your backhand. More tough but still possible.

What are difeerence between forehand loop and topspin?
Tuấn Trọng Đào im no expert but the main things that stand out is
1. The angles
Topspin 45 degrees
Loop closer to 90 degrees
2. Reason to play
Topspin is for attack and to role ball off opponents paddle
Which punishes defense and adds more pressure
Loop is for defense and to counter topspin by playing off your opponents power
Topspin is for hitting back chop forehand is used for smash or drive
