  • Simonstown was under Dutch rule in the 17th to 18th century then in 1795 the British conquered the Dutch and the cape became a British colony. Simonstown is named after a Dutch governor Simon van der stel .

    there is another beach otherside of simonstown what is it called

      The other beach is boulders beach on the other side of Simonstown.
