My grandmother had never been a his family's fan (except for ending the war) until she heard about his wedding. I remember suddenly after his wedding she was so thrilled and said look at that dude what a great guy he never wanted himself to select a lifetime partner in order to satisfy else's desire. May be he deserves respect there for being a young star-crossed lover. Or, as a person challenged stupid norms related to Sri Lankan weddings.

The problem is at the early stage of their rule, the henchmen corrupted them by often referring them as successors of ancient monastic tradition, which is absolutely not the case. That's why I like JR's son Ravi Vimal J'wardena a lot. Such a humble and talented character.I see they vaguely try to follow good stuff like how Ravi behaved those days, Diana/Charles, and Harry/Meghan sort of things. These are really good, but they still have to learn a lot from them. May be his wife has a big role to play in the future. A hard ask but she can be someone like Diana, if she wants. Most importantly neutral people should feel it. I purposefully wanted to be constructive on this as RR shows a good (but still) an interest in these.

Also, I actually know nothing about this guy's wife except she's from an average family. We cannot teach them how to behave.
