It looks great! I’m going to try it. My Late Aunt who died in march use to make something called the zucchini puff? It looks very similar with bisquik.
Chef Mooney Thumbs up.....husband just went for a second piece! Herbs were great. Didn't have any bococcini or polenta so used panko crumbs, which worked. I have a similar recipe that I have used and modified in different ways that has chopped cooked bacon and sometimes use 50/50 grated sweet potato. Works well, adding a bit of sweetness and colour.
This looks great! Looking forward to trying this. My recommendation for lighting is to get a special LED lamp that's designed to mimic sunlight. They aren't cheap, but they last a long time and they'll make your food look much better than under florescent lights. Here's a link to a video about one: ruclips.net/video/L3LWXznJx_0/видео.html
