Makes a lot of sense. I dont get how many of our fans are saying "Just get it done....what a soap opera". Common sense dictates that he should not be rocking the boat making commnets abou LFC whilst sporting are trying to seal a double and nor should LFC be distracting our club in the media whilst we are challenging for the league. It would be foolish to make an announcement now.
Even if the deal was made months ago it would never get released to the press before the last game of the season.
@@ibrstellar1080 exactly but you have sections of the fan base having hissy fits about no announcements. Edwards is a sharp savvy operator who knows what he is doing....
Not to mention there's plenty of time. It's ludicrous for fans to expect clubs to work based on what is going on in the media. It's not their or Amorim's fault that people are talking about this.

Once the season is over and the Silverware is handed out, that’s the time for him to let everyone know what he intends to do.
I’m sure as most are , that his team are quietly working away in the background crossing the T’s & dotting the I’s… And we the fans will hear in due course. 👍🏻

Imagine if this was in reverse and Klopp was being battered by speculation in our title winning/CL winning seasons....As fans we'd be doing our nut. People need to give their head a wobble, have some respect for Sporting and Amorim. We think that these things are in the moment when often they are organic and ground tested months in advance. We're not Utd or Chelski, trust the plan. YNWA
