Metallic gaskets are essential in industries like oil and gas, chemical processing, power generation, and petrochemical, where reliability and durability are critical due to the extreme conditions in which they are used.

    Sealing Mechanism:

    Materials: Soft iron, stainless steel, Inconel, and other alloys depending on the application.
    2. Spiral Wound Gaskets

    Used in high-pressure and high-temperature applications, as the flexible construction withstands thermal cycling.
    Materials: Stainless steel, carbon steel, Monel, and fillers like PTFE, graphite, or ceramic.
    3. Corrugated Metal Gaskets
    Made from a corrugated metal core with optional filler materials to improve sealing.
    Used where softer, more flexible gaskets may not perform adequately.
    Often used in medium- to high-pressure applications, especially where bolt loads are limited.
    4. Metal Jacketed Gaskets
    Comprised of a metallic outer layer with a soft filler core (often graphite or ceramic).
