When you wash your hair and after you dry it, finish with a rub of oil, morrocan oil, warm it up in your hands and apply sparingly. One pump should do it, maybe half a pump for your length. This works generally for me. Wash your hair less often too, I only wash my hair twice a week as I have very dry hair.
Run a fabric softener sheet over your hair I know it sounds crazy but it Def works !! I rub my whole head of hair with a sheet using the dryer sheet like I'm towel drying it .. of course make sure your hair is dry before doin this but please try it and let me know if it works as well for you as it does for me
I think using grocery pickup, delivery or pnline grocery shopping depends on your cooking needs. I have not had great experiences with grocery pickup or delivery. I like to use fresh produce and meat in my cooking but using someone else i don't always get the best quality items. I am not a person that uses a lot of processed ingredients so that type of shopping doesn't work for me. I wished there were alot more shoppers that were more conscious of fresh quality ingredients, i would definitely use their services
We have had a severe winter storm and my husband just had major surgery. Which in the south is something that causes most people to panic shop. I did not go shopping. Opting instead to rely upon my pantry to get us through. I did venture out for milk yesterday after being snowed in for a week. That trip has made me so happy that I have an emergency supply area as well as two freezers, since the grocery store had absolutely no produce or meat in stock.
I saw the bottom of my freezer which was my goal. I even had two college kids home for a 1.5 months. I also cleaned out a couple of pantry shelves and I have been working at less food waste.
I started to use what we have in our house. We are a family of two and I was so tired of spending $200.00 one day then, in less than a week spending another $150.00. I watched your videos to see what I need to do differently. I am diabetic so instead of pasta or rice I’m using cauliflower where needed. It’s been fun to come up with dishes and not going to the store. Thanks for your input.
2 things I might suggest to you, for hair static keep a dryer sheet in a zip lock bag in your purse if static becomes a problem just rub this on your hair and presto its gone. Also I was pained with you doing all that garlic, I buy many bulbs of garlic clean them all at once using my mini chopper I blitz them add them to a Mason jar cover with oil and debubble, cover and place in fridge this lasts at least 1 month but you must make sure all garlic is coveted with the oil. You can use the garlic, you also have garlic infused oil. I just keep topping the garlic with more oil.
Winter static hair tip spray your brush with Static Guard before brushing your hair if it's really bad take a bounce dryer sheet and wipe your hair no I don't strongly advised that from chemicals
I went to Walmart Supercenter on the last day of January, Kimmy. I bought 4 "12-ounce" Pioneer Woman condiment squeeze bottles and a "12-ounce" Mainstays condiment squeeze bottle from the kitchenware section. I bought a "40-ounce" bottle of Kraft sweet honey barbecue sauce, a "38-ounce" squeeze bottle of Heinz ketchup and a "32-ounce" Great Value honey from the condiment aisle. I saw the round plastic mayonnaise jars and biggest Hidden Valley ranch dressing squeeze bottles from the same aisle. I bought more supplies, including a small round vanilla bakery cake. I'm keeping my 2 reusable "16-ounce" Oxo condiment squeeze bottles, separately having ketchup and honey barbecue sauce, but I separately filled up my 2 Pioneer Woman bottles with French's yellow mustard and Mrs. Butterworth's pancake syrup. I filled up my Mainstays bottle with pancake syrup. I'm keeping my 2 other empty Pioneer Woman bottles so I can play with 'em.
Usually staticy hair is caused from your clothing and we use to use dryer sheets but we stopped because it caused our clothes to become staticy instead of taking it away. Also if you get your brunch or comb wet that will help also.
I am doing a no spend grocery challenge by using what is in my pantry and freezer and fridge. It is January 21st and I am rocking it. I live in Northeastern Ontario, Canada.
0:36 🪺 Darlene over at ‘Souper at 60’ has a recipe video for Cadbury egg pie. I made it with a chocolate graham cracker crust last Easter. It was SO tasty.
I have the same problem and my hair is so long I can’t sit on it. So I use Moroccanoil Original Oil Treatment little before I dry my hair and a little more after. Fantastic product and smells amazing to.
I'm doing Low Spend Jan and then we'll do Pantry Challenge February. But I did finally clean out my freezer and go through all of my pantry shelves! Now I feel pumped and ready for pantry challenge. I just need to figure out what to do with all the fish I have. 😅
The chicken sausage from Costco is "Amy Lu " short for "Amy Louise"( a girl's or woman's name). Products named like this are usually named for someone's daughter (like "Wendys' or "Little Debbies")
Do you have advantage cards in shops in the US? Here in the UK when we buy something points are added to your card & you can either save them or spend them on special offers. You can buy things on offer with them. In Tesco they send you your points through the post which you can spend on things. It’s amazing how quickly the points go up. As Tesco says, Every Little Helps.
My grocery budget is shot. Started with COVID from the 28th Dec, back to work lots of afternoon and night shifts and can’t seem to get my groove but after this week determination is going to be key. No more takeaways and get to the supermarket
I try not to do major groceries only perhaps once every 3-4 weeks, it's exhausting, I usually buy 4 joints to last the month. as we always have a roast on Sundays. I did invest in meat hampers, like Chicken breasts, mini fillets, steaks, meatballs, pork loin, bacon medallions, and mince Which we will have for 2-3 months as there is a lot and we are a family of 4. I made sausage and egg Mcmuffins, blueberry muffins, and mini choc croissants for breakfasts as well as cereals or Nutella on toast. loved the video. xxx
For your hair, I add a little bit of coconut oil to my hands to warm it up and lightly run my fingers through my hair. I have very fine hair so I don't use much.
When you figure your grocery budget, are you setting aside money from that for buying bulk meat or is that separate from the monthly budget? We have a large freezer and I’d like to be able to buy more local meat. Thank you!
I like going to the grocery store to look for manager I don't have to pick up stuff I don't need but for static electricity on your hair believe it or not a dryer sheet will work on your head
Thai peanut sauce is good. I get mine from Whole Foods. But there's a restaurant here that makes a Thai burrito with brown rice and some veggies, and you can put the peanut sauce dipped on it.
Not sure this works, but I’ve read that if you take a dryer sheet and rub on wherever you have static it should help. LOL I guess it doesn’t hurt to try. 😂
Green bean casserole, and chicken I was just thinking a very similar thing. I have ALLOT of home canned green beans I need to use up. Ideas appreciated!
I have a recipe called Mish Mash Thanksgiving casserole that a friend gave me many years ago. It has cubed cooked chicken, green beans, french fried onions, cream of mushroom, a little bit of sour cream and then stove top dressing on top. So good!!
I wish we could budget for $800 - $1000/mth for groceries here. That is more about what we spend every two weeks, and there is not alot waisted, and nothing much for food storage. 18 pack of eggs at Costco here is $7.06 for example. My oldest and I just made a Costco run this evening that cost about $230, and the cart was about 1/4 or 1/3 full. I'm hoping to grow more veggies this year and my husband just did his hunting course or gun course or something. We are hoping that he can a hunting license next year to supplement some of our meats with moose instead to save that way. It is stupid expensive here for everything. This is the first year the we have seen "tent cities" because housing has gotten so expensive, and for nothing really. I'm just glad we bought our house when we did.
Lol they are made by the same candybar company's just packaged and sized differently those are snickers...you see this quite often. Mars, Nestle, & Hersheys..thry may also have thier corporate brands stamp instead of their candy bar name stamp. Still the same product
Another tip stop using boxes or be wise when you have boxes on that scanner. Make sure it's a full box, the correct product for them to scan the box. Buying by the box may have savings but if they scan a box instead of the 12 you have in it...the box may say 24 items @ ×× you only had 12 watch and be diligent you have the correct amt, and the correct box on the line. This is why aldis , trader joes says pour out all boxes they know you you might have 30 instead of 24, or 20 instead of 24. Both are incorrect. Costco and Joe's, and Sam's boxes may be cheaper just be aware of dates, unsealed boxes, amt, and type. Type is key also because it can be the same type of box but more expensive if it's flavored. They are getting smart about people adding product like meats to boxes so you will see them pulling everyone out and counting. Don't accidently steal this way it's very common you don't want anything else in those boxes. One lady had her kid stealing watches in her meat box. If you have that gimme gimme kid check everything.
I save more money by going into the grocery store, I only buy the manager special marked down meat. All of my fruits and veggies come from the red bag marked down Kroger shelf, the bags are 1.00 and they sometimes have a variety of items. I also look for discontinued items, they are marked down in the price is usually half just because the manufacturer has changed the packaging. I'm on a much tighter budget and have to do these things now. There are two of us and the grocery budget is 25.00, we eat twice a day. Husband gets free popcorn for lunch at work. We have been eating mostly out of our pantry and trying not to waste anything. I don't know when things are going to get any better. This is not sustainable for us and I know that. In the spring I will put out a garden and that will help some. It's getting tough in my area of the country and really we are doing better than most. Our house is paid off, so we will be fine. Be careful buying those packaged pork loins like that, they aren't even a pound of meat and asking 9 something for them at Kroger, sometimes they have them buy on get one free however, they almost always double the price of the first one. They aren't even a pound of meat, your actually paying more for them than just buying a regular pork loin. If you read the package they are pumped up with water and chemicals. Always read your packages and look at the cost per weight first.
I’ve added the French fried onions to tater tot casserole, which I make with green beans and cream of celery. I think mushroom soup would be fine and taste closer to green bean casserole. That could be a good combo. Also, I added sour cream instead of milk in my casserole this past holiday. Had a tad sour cream leftover after making hash brown casserole. It was so creamy and rich tasting.
When you said David Archuleta it hit me, I've been following you for a loooong time. Almost from the beginning. Always love your videos! I use Hask coconut oil for my hair. 2 pumps and rub it in your hands, then through your hair. Have a great day! 😊
For 5 minutes of shopping during the hour, you burn 15 calories. I think that is what google is saying. :) I made homemade pizza for dinner this weekend and have leftovers plus one in the freezer. I am so stocked up that I do not have to buy a lot of food. We spent way too much in December so I am super frugal with Jan. I am only buying "must haves" at the grocery store. I don't budget food but I saved all our receipts for Dec. and realized we spent SOOOO much on food. I'm done with that! Thanks for the video.
I have been so disappointed in the case lot sales the last couple times. They raised the price so much in my stores usually you can find it cheaper if you buy the singles on the shelf. I am doing the pantry challenge we are using up all the things. Freezer and pantry. Giving myself $25 a week for fresh and dairy and I can’t believe we are going into 4 weeks already!!
Ok static hair 1st tip...it's not winter or your hair. Stop wearing fleece, flannel, sweaters, or knits. ...if you are wearing blanket material...well there you go. Numbers 2 stop using hair spray go to a gel or just put in conditioner use either moisturizing Pantene or the deep conditioner tube Pantene comb it thru. Dont be thinking i have thin hair ill use the thin straight shampoo..nope use one if those 2 types. Straight hair shampoo has ingredients that just mess your hair up. Both are no-nos. Stop brushing. No one needs to brush buy a comb and a pick. You are promoting split ends by brushing. Just wash conditioner in wash out add conditioner..finger thru or Pick. Then add conditioner all day long..trust me. Get that mane back in shape then you can use less all day long. And drink lots of good water to keep skin hydrated.
grocery shopping, cooking, etc. MUST burn more calories than shows from steps alone!! It is so exhausting! Hello Shaylee!! Sweet girl! You are so beautiful and getting grown-up!
When you wash your hair and after you dry it, finish with a rub of oil, morrocan oil, warm it up in your hands and apply sparingly. One pump should do it, maybe half a pump for your length. I agree doing a major grocery haul can be tiring, but it’s so nice when you are stocked up for several weeks.
I had to smile when you showed the bowl of American chop suey… it’s a New England thing 😊 we all grew up on it!!
I don't know if you know, but I'm from MA
Wanted to just say Hi to both of you; I live about 20 minutes South of Worcester (another small town girl). - SANDY -

Hi!!! Can you share low carb options or healthy meals? Our entire family is changing the way we eat and looking for new inspiration! Thanks girl!
Loving you’re hair kimmy ❤❤
Thank you!
I have the same problem!!! It's only in the winter. I have fine hair but a lot of it. Following
Rub a dryer sheet in your hair for the static works so well
dryer sheets help with static bit weird but it works
Usually staticy hair is caused from your clothing and we use to use dryer sheets but we stopped because it caused our clothes to become staticy instead of taking it away. Also if you get your brunch or comb wet that will help also.
I spray my brush with static guard
The unreal is the BOMB both the one you found and your fave! I just tried these and LOVE them!
I am doing a no spend grocery challenge by using what is in my pantry and freezer and fridge. It is January 21st and I am rocking it. I live in Northeastern Ontario, Canada.
Hello Kimmy! I used to spray a little static guard on my brush. Great haul!! Enjoy the day 😉.

Cute top you were wearing while cooking.
I rub my finger through the ends of my hair after I put on my moisturizer to help with static.
I have trouble with static in my hair in the winter. I spray static guard on my hair, and it works great.

A mixture of fabric softener and water in a spray bottle. Spray hair and clothes. Done!!
Sounds great!
Can you share recipes you are making please to keep that budget!
I have those same fridge baskets. I love them!!!!
The best!
I try not to do major groceries only perhaps once every 3-4 weeks, it's exhausting, I usually buy 4 joints to last the month. as we always have a roast on Sundays. The unreal caramel bars are a healthy version of snickers they are delicious..
Than you I try
We spray static guard on our hair. Not a lot of it, but it works!
did the porkloin do well on high for 2 hours? It sounds amazing.
There is a $4 iBotta on the 160 oz quick Quaker oats at Sam's, That makes it $7.42 which is less than the big canister at the regular grocery.
Thank you!!! I just bought some today, and didn't have Ibotta, but I do now!!!
Use a dryer sheet on your hair for static.
When you figure your grocery budget, are you setting aside money from that for buying bulk meat or is that separate from the monthly budget? We have a large freezer and I’d like to be able to buy more local meat. Thank you!
Wow fresh produce is quite expensive over there 😮 On the other hand, packaged food is cheaper! I live in italy, here is the opposite 😅
I like going to the grocery store to look for manager I don't have to pick up stuff I don't need but for static electricity on your hair believe it or not a dryer sheet will work on your head
What is your chicken enchilada recipe please?❤ I’ve been using pantry items for suppers

I use dry sheets on my hair Kimme really helps x x
I spray my hair with static guard after I style it.
If you find it hard using your garlic crushed what I do is use the little hole side of your cheese grater
Garnier Fructis leave-in conditioner!
Not sure this works, but I’ve read that if you take a dryer sheet and rub on wherever you have static it should help. LOL I guess it doesn’t hurt to try. 😂
May I ask, what's the software you use to add the price adding thing on the screen?
Love your videos ❤
My tip for saving grocery $ is to quit buying snacky foods. Those are the HUGE budget (and waistline) increasers.
Yes. And sodas (and similar).
Green bean casserole, and chicken I was just thinking a very similar thing. I have ALLOT of home canned green beans I need to use up. Ideas appreciated!
Those Unreal bars are delish, Tastes like a snickers bar!!!
ooh great to know! Thank you. I'm going to have to try them.
I haven’t seen your videos in a few years and wow I almost didn’t even recognize you!!
I have a recipe called Mish Mash Thanksgiving casserole that a friend gave me many years ago. It has cubed cooked chicken, green beans, french fried onions, cream of mushroom, a little bit of sour cream and then stove top dressing on top. So good!!
Great idea! Yum!
Hair oil should help-improves the moisture level. Just start using it on the bottom of your hair first. Thrive Market has some good oil to use.
I want that obscene bag of Cadbury mini eggs!!!❤❤❤
So tempting!
I wish we could budget for $800 - $1000/mth for groceries here. I found a new static spray last year. Not Your Mother's All Eyes on Me. Works really well.
Thank you!
Amylu products are pronounced like Amy Lou. Like a girl’s first and middle name. 😁
Lol they are made by the same candybar company's just packaged and sized differently those are snickers...you see this quite often. Mars, Nestle, & Hersheys..thry may also have thier corporate brands stamp instead of their candy bar name stamp. Still the same product

I cut out the snacky foods and trying (key word TRYING 😅) to cut out buying soda pop to save more this year. 🤞🏻
Hi there, just found you, you’re awesome. You mentioned tortellini soup😊 could you let me know which video it’s located❤
Yummy 😋... I'm hungry now 😁❤️😋
Can I ask you question about horseradish i have to jar in the fridge that exspired on Oct of 23 are they still good to use they have not been open
I would say your fine. Taste and smell it.
thank you@@shesinherapron
I’ve added the French fried onions to tater tot casserole, which I make with green beans and cream of celery. I think mushroom soup would be fine and taste closer to green bean casserole. Good morning I enjoy your videos have a wonderful day.
Thank you! You too!
I see you have pie crust in your fridge - how do you use extra pie crust aside from pie or quieche?
Our tuna pot pie
Love your videos
Thank you!

Love the online shopping as well! I wished they would put it away for me… lol
Right?!
Also, how are you aging backwards??
I just put lotion on my hands and run my fingers through my hair and just smooth down my hair with my palms. it works because it weighs down the hair.
Put lotion on your hands and after you have rubbed it in good rub your finger through your hair. Usually gets rid of the static
Thanks!
I have been cooking more the last couple of weeks to try and clean out my freezer/pantry and save money by not getting takeout.
Id still go in to get the produce.
Sometimes rubbing a dryer sheet on my hair works.
I totally agree!
Use some dry shampoo to calm your hair down or just a dab of hair balm over the surface.
Between you and living on a dime. You have saved me a lot of money thankyou.my food bill is down now
Those dollar tree bins with the handles, do not last! Mine were only holding gel ice packs and they didn't even hold up for a month.
My hubby likes to say when you grocery shop you handle stuff six times and you have not eaten anything yet! lol
🤣
My daughter called them "chicken ladas" when she was little. 😅
I am doing a pantry challenge kimberley
I live in an apartment my pantry ain't that big I'm surprised I've got a pantry

Then add conditioner all day long..trust me. Get that mane back in shape then you can use less all day long. And drink lots of good water to keep skin hydrated.
How did you loose the weight?
I know it's already May, but since January, live been making a list of foods i have in my freezer, fridge, and panty.
