My 2nd computer monitor rotates, I currently have it in portrait mode . I watch Tab in full screen so her face is just as big as my face . When she speak, I literally gaze at the monitor and hang on to her every word. Don't let her start the video with ," How are you doing?" I be a whole mess. Thank you for not making me feel crazy because I know I look "sus" anytime I watch her, I can't help it. LOL
I can't stop crying. But thank you for reaffirming this too shall pass. I was in my feelings because I asked for help ( something hard for me) was assured it was coming and then told it was not at the last minute. Opened my phone to see of there was anyone else I could ask for help and saw this video. Thought to myself this is what I need right noe to hear my sister and she spoke to the very core of me. I have been praying and believing and saying thank you in advance. In this moment, thank you to my sister Tab. I am so grateful to God I found you this year.

Guurl I found your video last night and binged watched until 3 am this morning me and my husband have been struggling with health issues and our weight. We tried plant based early last year for about two weeks. But then I got sick and was bed ridden & couldn't walk for about a month & a half and we didn't go back to plant based mostly because I only knew of a few recipes and after my illness and to this day I can not stand long(mysterious back issue). I said all that to say this you have given me hope and a new outlook and I don't know what video it was you was singing Come On In The Room and I have been singing it ALL day. I can't stop my aunt passed last year and that was her favorite song so I felt like she was speaking to me through you. I reeeally really want to be successful at eating plant based but I can only do 1 day at a time. Congratulations! It’s so ironic that today was the first day in a long time that I felt good. I went and donated my products to a local children’s shelter in honor of my grandmother and decided to stop by for Whole Foods and get a TT LA. Unfortunately the restaurant that usually prepares the TTLA was closed so they only had them in the refrigerator. I tried my best but the TT LA was not the same LOL. You'll learn as you go about what a vegaj truly is, the brands that you like, cost, etc. Don't wait for the moment to come to you.... start creating your own. IM her, I'm sure shebwould respond and provide you some great sources too. Either way make that move!

Just start, it doesn't have to be all out vegan but make a start. You'll learn as you go about what a vegaj truly is, the brands that you like, cost, etc. Don't wait for the moment to come to you.... start creating your own. IM her, I'm sure shebwould respond and provide you some great sources too. Either way make that move!

You are the reason I went vegan. You are the inspiration for me to change my spirit to a much more positive one. I’m reflecting on the fact that today 11 years ago I deliver my stillborn son and I’m celebrating my one year anniversary at my job. It’s alway a sad day but I decided not to sit in sorrow. I also decided not to mess up anyone else’s day. Thank you Tab! You’ve inspired a negative heathen to be a better person.
