People say "his ult is just point and click murder" but man as I climb up into plat it is a freakin hard skillshot to hit sometimes with all the mobility in the game. He mentioned yesterday in the guide he made that tiamat is not worth the gold. But yeah, maybe he will change his mind later as the season just began. (Ignore the other guy btw).
I think that, for progression, is better to get 1 lethality item before tiamat, to get something good before waveclear. Is all about priorities @JustAViewer44
