Save couple of your favorite zooms as presets. That will save you tons of time. When you need a zoom just slap that bad boy on a adjustment layer make adjustments and your done. (Just remember when saving preset chose "Anchor to in point")

So my laptop was SO slow when I nested or created subsequence of the clips in order to "merge them" (so I can apply that simple zoom in / out).... but this solution is AMAZING for that, since it doesn't create another layer of sub sequencing / nesting. Awesome. Thanks so much!!

What is the difference if you apply these transform effects direct to your clips?

nice one thanks! Out of interest why use an adjustment layer and not the original clip? Any benefits, disadvantages?

If you have a footage with multiple cuts and want to apply the zoom to the all the footage and not just one of the cut out clips. Or if you want to zoom in multiple layers underneathe the adjustment layer.

Especially helpful if you’re doing stop motion and wanna apply this effect to many different “shots”
