I will make a comment since I was axed to! First of all everyone please pray for all the victims and their families. May God bless them all and give them his peace and strength. This clown constantly complains about the court not being fair, and he's right! Fair would be allowing the family members of the people he murdered each take turns running him over with a red SUV. Now that's fair! I feel sure he is going to spout out more BS at sentencing. Maybe the judge will exercise her right to have him gagged. Good Day!

In one moment, Brooks talks about "a trial or this magnitude", then not long after he's whining about whether Judge Dorow is asking or telling him to sit down. Or, as Brooks puts it--"are you AXING". What a big baby. I wholeheartedly join all the others that are congratulating Judge Dorow for an incredible job well done! A Nobel Prize-worthy performance at the very least!

Out of all the batshit things Darrell said during the trial, pronouncing it "axed" is surprisingly not really one of them. It is an accepted pronunciation primarily tied to black American culture. It sounds weird if you are not used to it.
That said, every sentence he used the word in was stupid, but that's beside the point.

Brooks doesn’t even know that social media is by definition Facebook, TikTok, etc. It is a moot point and shows his lack of knowledge about the law, definitions of social media; Brooks doesn’t even know the rules of evidence. This is why a defendant needs an ACTUAL attorney.

That FOOL keeps claiming the 6th Amendment?
After over 200 years and decisions by the United States Supreme Court?
In a Murder trial, the "Witnesses against himself" IS the State, they are LEGALLY representing the people that were killed who can longer testify themselves, an Attorney would know that, an idiot wouldn't.
