Thanks love's. So I caught up with my TF for a coffee recently after 2 years. I was focused on being in soul but all he wanted to speak about was mind stuff (past & future). How do you deal with that so not to create more push energy ? ❤
So what do we do with the mind…oof we gotta keep our minds busy in the present cause. He’s like this weird extension of my thoughts, like he’s a guardian angel, an invisible.:..

My twin would send me videos, daily and I’d sometimes watch them over and over like fall asleep to them… no wonder - our last separation is rough. Real. Before we stayed “friends” but lovers but “working on bc ourselves , mostly me accepting breadcrumbs to not have to let go, when I wasn’t okay with so much that was going on. And I snuffed those bread crumbs , like “twin coke” we haven’t talked for 10 days, that has been the longest since we met,by far….
It’s brought me back to watching tarot readings, I haven’t watched those since last year around this time…I need to stop these thoughts, ruminating , I wish it was now.
i was doing so well, but the anxiety was crazy, i felt like god kept telling me to let go so i can fully heal and trust myself, i knew what my person was giving me just gave me anxiety and still i couldnt let him go, i think i manifested him breaking it off after we got into a fight. We have not talked for 10 days. i have felt like i might die, ill go into deep love, then fear, then deep love then fear, i have felt him, i feel him under my skin, i feel like i lost my best friend, favorite person and lover, i am absolutely heartbroken, but somehow knew this step was needed a long time ago.... im so confused on this journey bc, of the paradox, i let go and then we can unite, but if we were united i wouldnt have to feel like i have to let go? i dont get it. do i not send them love, do i reject him when i feel his 5 D self, when im in soul, i feel him, what do i do??
