I remember reading a fan theory somewhere that "energy" was the perfect mix of creation and destruction, due to him being the destined green ninja, and since golden power was the mix of the four elements of creation.
Interesting idea, personally I think energy is a weaker version of golden power, as Lloyd can control energy before he unlocks golden power and after he loses his golden power in season 3 he can only use energy of him again
Let me try to combine the ideas presented here into what I think is the best explanation. Golden Power = FSM Power passed to Lloyd = "The perfect mix of creation and destruction" [since FSM is half Oni (destruction) + half Dragon (creation)] Energy = Weaker version of Golden Power Makes sense to me

This was originally hinted at in the first chapter of the novel, Way of the Departed, where Cole says "Lloyd’s eyes have started changing after Master Wu went missing. He trains alone so intensely, and he is really connecting with his powers ... whatever it is." Tommy Andreasen also said, "Strange things happen to your body when you hit puberty. I guess that’s especially true for an Elemental Master.

Master of Energy, like it was said many times in the show. I have to admit, "Energy" is more abstract than, say, Fire. But it still makes sense. We all know what Lloyd's powers are for years now. We just have to take a look behind what we think to know about Elemtal Powers and Essences.

I think he can still use the ninjas elements (he used a green lightning in season 5 while possessed and in season 8 he used a green fire to light a torch) and energy is just a mixture of them to make it generally stronger because he doesn’t need the others at that moment

I believe his power is life energy. This is because it's main purpose is defense, it links it to the movie a bit, it would explain why he pretty much came back from the dead in season 10, why it needs alot of control which is why he uses it to a minimum, why he could share it with the ninja, and he gained it back from not fighting garmadon as to fight would be to go against life.
To clarify what Lloyd's powers are, I believe that his element is Krypton. Krypton is a noble gas that is fluorescent lights used in lasers and light bulbs, giving off a bright and neon light. If you don't recall, there was a scene in Ninjaball Run where Lloyd tries to use his power to emit the light bulb but fails. The strongest emitted light that Krypton emits is green, which is Lloyd's element energy, and yellow, which is the golden power that Lloyd had possessed in the past. If you were to be hit by Lloyd's power, you can become nauseous, dizzy, or lost of consciousness. Krypton also refers to light and energy, just how the words are mentioned in the TV series.
You may have a point but in a world where 14 year olds can save an entire city from a dragon, start a school, surf the digiverse, battle humanoid snakes, defeat ghosts, "befriend" genies, time travel, fight cults, travel to different dimensions, become royalty, fight monsters as old as their world, not to mention some died and came back to life... where was I going with this? Ah, yes, in a world where all this took place, I don't think there's any need to complicate things. Though Krypton is not a bad idea. Also I'm not saying the ninjas were 14 when they started out. They started out younger than that. And I figured it all out when one of the ninjas made the statement, "...We're still teeenagers..." in the recent seasons.

In Conclusion: His Element is *Energy* which is a combined element of Fire, Lightning, Ice and Earth. The base form of it is *Green Power* which we see most commonly used. When used to its full extent he can unlock *Golden Power*
I see his power of "Energy" as Balance. We've seen him go full Creation but not Darkness (Oni) although i'd like to see him go dark to fight someone in a season. Lloyd has had Balance for well forever. He used the ninja's powers in season's 1 and 2 because all 4 are creation yet he's never used Darkness but still is Balance (He's Oni, Dragon, and Human).
I agree his power is “green” like the movie the power that balances every other power, “Gold” is a mix of green, amber, creation, and destruction Loyd is a mix of gold, green, and darkness.
I love when they're trying to use truth tea to get answers out of one of the Sons of Garmadon but Cole gets the teas mixed up and drinks the truth tea himself. At one point the member of the Sons of Garmadon asks what Lloyd's power is, and Cole says something like... "I don't know... Some kind of weird green energy thing.. Kind of like all four of our powers rolled into one... Who can say!!?"

Considering how color determines the elemental power. And green is the opposite of the purple Oni color on the color wheel I would say this isn’t really that far fetched.

The show says he's the elemental master of Energy. That's what the creators say it's what the wiki says. It's a pretty fair assumption that it's Energy. Chen says "power" which is actually also technically right because Power is the synonym to Energy. In Japanese and Chinese culture energy is the same as "Chi" it's a powerful force that makes up all the elements of existence (see what they did there) and is often depicted as a green or gold colour. (See what they did there)
Lloyd having lighting as his dominant ability makes sense. We see him able to channel it really easily in that weird season 2 ninja clone/darkly school for bad boys episode. He seems to be a natural.
I think that perhaps lloyd's power of energy is the essence of elemental power in general, perhaps its a universal elemental energy that can mimmick the properties of the 4 main elements, after all we do see him use his energy to light a torch in the oni temple where his energy acted as a green fire
The answer is simple, in season 4 episode 8 ‘day of the dragon’ when all the elemental masters find out the can make dragons, they scream out their powers. Lloyd screams “Energy” so there you go

The writers are a no brainer, when I see Lloyd giving his golden power to his trash teameats I start to cry 😭😭😭😭 Lloyd your the only one important in this series
Ok so here’s my theory. The green ninjas power is energy. It is a release of energy that allows you to control forms of green energy blast sheilds, and other emitions. But due to his heritage, he was also gifted the powers of the golden ninja. Or what is referenced as the first Spinjitsu master power. This gives the weirder all 4 elements and the golden abilities. Then in season 3, with what’s left of his golden power he splits it among the 4 ninja to give them the ability to harness it without weapons. Remember at this point the ninja needed weapons to create emitions. But once Lloyd spreads his power, it can now be emitted by them. I think this is why we see the more pure energy Lloyd and he no longer he uses the other ninjas abilities. I’m pretty sure this is wrong, but idk that’s what I’ve always thought about the show.
Didn’t Cole already spoke of it when under the effect of the truth serum? He said it was a weird combination of all 4 elements he previously mastered. It kinda makes sense as in a way it has all the effects they normally would have. Fire to be used as an attack like Kai uses it. Lightning in the way it affects electronic devices able to short circuit them sometimes. Ice as the main form of the shield thing he did, like how Zane shields the ninja with his ice. And earth for how he can release that power like a small shockwave that kind of resembles when Cole does an earthquake related move. Kinda adds up how his “Energy” could also be seen by Chen as just “power” given how the energy is almost like 4 elemental powers combined. Being the master of 4 elements would make you the avat- I mean, the “master of power” in a way

I remember i used to think his power was nature (this was before season 4) i based it off of a really old ninjago game where the ninja had different symbols kai had fire, jay lighting etc. But with Lloyd he had a leaf so i thought he must be nature
The Book of Elemental Powers explains that Lloyd is the master of energy. It also talks about the golden power and in general explains all the powers until before the rise of the dragons
That's not what he meant by that, Lloyd unlocked his true potential when he became the Golden Ninja, what Garmadon meant is that he isn't using his powers to the fullest potential
I think that Lloyd's power as the grandson of the first spinjitzu master is to manipulate elemental energy itself. Each element has it's own type of elemental energy which the individual masters can control but Lloyd controls that energy in it's purest form. He can't control it when it is contaminated by specific elements (so he can't control fire, lightening, ect using it) but only free-floating elemental energy. There are two possibly explanation for his controlling other powers. 1) he had that ability but the overlord weakened his power fundamentally and now he cannot 2) [i prefer this on] When the ninja gave him their elemental powers in the temple of light, it made him the green ninja who could control all four elements, he simultaneously reached his full potential in his own personal elemental power. When he gave up the green ninja power, his own power remained. Making him no longer the green ninja, but instead the master of energy. This makes sense because, as I understand it, the first spinjitzu master gave each of the first elemental masters a power using his own. So if his power was to control elemental energy itself, it would make sense that he could distribute pieces of that.
I think that Lloyd's power is his life force. Because he's the prophecied green ninja he has natural access to the main 4 elemental powers if not all elemental powers to some amount but his own is his life force. The more he learns to control it and how it can be used the more it actually affects him (at least physically) like his eyes glowing green from season 8 onward. He also barely survived losing his power and was weaker than usual for some time. (Also his eyes reverted back to black in season 9.)
Lloyd's true potential (Golden Spinjitsu Master) + Lighting (As stated to be he's main power) = Gold (Yellow pretty much) + Blue = Green. I think it is pretty much o combination of these that's why is green and it is like a smoother lighting.
From what I've seen I think I'm gonna go with what Chen said. Master of Power. Chen has been around since the serpentine wars. No way this guy would not know what he's talking about. Chen and I have similar personalities so I'm going to trust him. Also maybe you guys haven't realized this but lately in majority of the shows I've watched, the writers tend to hide the most important information in the form of jokes or meaningless things and in episodes of seasons that don't seem to matter, then spring it on us when we least expect it. What if he is the master of Power? I mean, for crying out loud, he's the grandson of the first spinjitsu master. Not to mention, this is Ninjago we're talking about. "Expect the Unexpected ". One last thing, can a video on Skylor's powers be done? We all know she has the element of power replication but want I want to know is where "Amber" came from. Perhaps it's easier to say the Amber Elemental than it is to say the Power Replicating Elemental, I don't know.

His power 'energy' is a combination of Fire, Ice, Earth and Lightning. Its basically a weaker version of Golden Power. Energy acts as a key for Lloyd to unlock his Golden Power.
When I was much younger, I had no idea what Lloyd's power could be, I just called it "green", even though I knew it was more grand than that, but I didn't care enough to find out what it was. However, now I know his power is energy, and I like that idea better than his power just being "green", I also care, now

energy is not really an element, but fire, ice, earth, and lightning in one, as shown in season 2. he even use the other ninjas powers normally. He is third generation too, son of garmadon, who is son of the FSM.
Since the Spinjitzu Burst was introduced in Season 13 I have been wondering what could be Lloyd's respondant to this super-boost of power; in all seasons we saw Lloyd use his Energy to create fire, to give power to machines, to lit up torches and so on; we did not see him using something like Earth or Ice, though. Green Energy's first shape was supposed to be a mix of the four main elements, and this is confirmed during the unforgettable interrogatory when Cole and Zane met the White Mask guy in "Sons of Garmadon". Cole explained for us and at that time he could not tell lies. He's 100% reliable, so is this piece of info. :-) I wonder if Lloyd can create something like green crystals, mixing together Ice and Earth, but we did not see it yet, as he prefers to use it as some sorta of "halo" or "qi" or "chakra" thing. So, energy beams, green fire, green lightning. A DragonBall thing, in few words. And if Lloyd will have his "burst" season, where he will supposed to find 'his own' element? I have a theory, but it's not so consistent. I think his power is at his maximum when he's together with the Masters of the Main Four Elements. His team is his force. And that's why the last who came in the group, before Nya, has become the master and the leader all of a sudden, it's not just for the fact is Wu's nephew. So he is not supposed to be left alone and do too many solo acts... instead, in the show he almost always has a his own agenda and plays his role all alone. So, this mini-theory of mine is not supported by anything out of my personal idea, as I have been drawing Ninjago fanart for a while. Another interesting thing was that Green was the very opposite of Garmadon's purple power, that's Darkness or something like that. So Light is green and Darkness is purple, even if those colors are not naturally the opposite of each other. Elemental Powers are supposed to be a family thing, so if purple could generate green it's weird but also awesome, and that could be explained from some Garmadon's return story. Once he had this extraordinary Golden Power. I think he sometimes regrets the fact he lost it, but he gave his friends the left part of it, so, in some way, it is still with him, all the time, until he is together with the other Ninja. It's again a part of my own theory, of course. That's why I explain Lloyd's power, but, since there are no more prophecies left about him, I wonder what his destiny will be. Maybe Garmadon will come back, sooner or later. Or maybe there will be some new revelations. Lloyd is one of my favorite characters, so I hope there are great things ahead for him. Maybe his best power does not comes from his Element but from the fact he lives on, in spite of the enormous amount of traumas he has been living in his all life.
Lloyd does no longer have access to Elemental Powers, but his Elemental Essence is still one of the four know combination forms of the Main Elements, just that he cannot use them on their own. @@Hirpina81 Yes. I spent a really long time trying to put everything together we know and to understand how Powers in Ninjago work. I even calculated the development of Lloyd's powers and the exact strengh of all Essences. I don't know if my calculations are right but at least they do not contridict the story and seem to be correct. However, taking the facts that Elemental Essences are always combination forms of the four main Elements and Tommy Andreasen's statement that Lloyd has a power level of 120% I came to the conclusion that Golden Power has a power level of 800% as well as the First Spinjitzu Master might have not been an actual Master of all Elements he rather was able to mimic those powers using Golden Power. Lloyd already was in control of the four main Elements since his birth as we saw him using them, combined and single. So it's only logical that Lloyd had a level of 400%. In the Temple of Light the Ninja gave up their powers, so additional 400%, and after that Lloyd was in control of Golden Power wich then has to be at a level of 400+400=800%. And with that in mind and with the knowledge that Golden Power is Creation and Destruction combined (thanks to Mistaké) we can also assume that both Wu and Garmadon got one half of their father's power, wich leaves both brothers with a power level of 400% each. And if you split Golden Power into four pieces you get 200% so every Golden Weapon is twice as powerful as it's corresponding Elemental Master. And the reason I think the First Spinjitzu Master only mimiced all the secondary Elements is that he didn't need to be an actuak Master of thosr elements. Iron? Just use Creation to create iron. Poison? Just create poison. Time? Just create a time vortex as already demonstrated by the Mega Weapon. Even Mind can be mimiced as we see Oni-Dragon-Hybrids having a strong mental connection to each other and maybe they can also connect to others but that needs to be seen. So a Master of Golden Power can just his power to create and to control to mimic powers. But still, the powers of the Elemental Masters didn't came out of nothing so it's still possible that the FSM was indeed in posseion of all the Elemens but that also needs to be seen. I absolutely do apreciate such comments! People always forget that Ninjago may be a kids show but in the heart is a well developed fantasy universe, not like Bionicle but quite similar. So there are things that can get really complex and I'm afraid even Tanner tends to see the things a lot easier than they really are. I also try to keep things short but one thought leeds to another and so on and then well, it becomes a long text. As as hobby writer myself this is a good thing but on RUclips this can get a little too much. 😅 Especially on the phone. I will read your comment again, as I am not so good with numbers, but, thanks to this explanation, things seem more logical and have more sense that it seems. Yep, kids show does not mean a lame show, and I am happy there still exists a show like Ninjago. As you know, I am not so young: I grown up watching lots of complex and nerve-breaking TV shows that were meant for kids. And they impressed me, yes, but also so I loved them, because they did not treat kids as stupid, the stories was serious, characters were awesome. Some old shows, of course, were a bit naive, in some point (if you once ever watched 1963 Batman, starring Adam West, you know what I am talking about) and even we kids got it. But this made us a taste, we know there were better or worse shows than this. We also knew there were some schemes and some shows could be swapped and nothing would change at all. About Lloyd's power, I just remember him using it as Lightning and Fire or a sorta of plasma beam, just like SonGoku. I don't remember him using Ice or Earth. Maybe I took it so easy, but this Green was never a problem to me. However, those Essences are a mystery to me. I must read your comment again, as I still don't get this Essence thing. I wrote so much as well, but, ehm, they told me they're not worth to be called literature. They used these words. So, I go back to my first passion, that's drawing. All self-thought, so every one from any Academia could tell me the same: not worth to be called comics or whatever. This does not mean I will stop writing or drawing. Lloyds supposed to be the new spinjitzu master as explained by wu in season 2. Golden lloyd is him with the power of the first spinjitzu master. The green ninja was destined to defeat the overlord and the golden ninja is basically the full potential of the green ninja. So lloyd is essentially as he said “the ultimate spinjitzu master”
Are we just ignoring the fact that after the final battle in season 2 it could be argued that Lloyd became the 2nd Spinjitzu Master, following in his grandfathers footsteps?

im pretty sure the four ninjas powers create golden energy, or green energy , its badly explained , cole in season 8 says lloyds powers are a combo of the main four , but in the current crystalized the four ninjas powers create a kind of golden dragon, maybe creation idk , the four golden weapons, at least in the earlier seasons were the key to the power of creation(tornado of creation)
Id consider his power to be "plasma" since its the closest one to Lightning and it can also create into all sources of defense and offense mechanism depends on will, so yeah 👍
You made a little mathematical mistake there. Lloyd did not give the Ninja 10% (as the display showing 90% did NOT mean that Lloyd's powers are 90% drained, rather that the Overlord's return is 90% complete). Lloyd's Golden Power was not given to the Overlord, it was given to the Ninja. Let me explain: Lloyd in his default Green Ninja state had a power level of 400% (four elements) and was 4 times as powerful as an Elemental Master (wich Lloyd never really was). In the Temple of Light he gained additional 400% by the Ninja giving him their own powers. So Lloyd became 8 times as powerful as an Elemental Master and 2 times as powerful as either Garmadon or Wu. When Lloyd was imprisioned by the Overlord, he did NOT actually loose power, he lost energy. If he had indeed lost some of his powers he would have not been able to restore the Ninja's powers later on. So when he returned to the Temple of Light, he still possesed Golden Power but had a power set of only 520% beause his energy (not power, energy) hasn't been fully restored yet. So he still was the Master of Golden Power but he could not use it (Laws of Thermodynamics, if you're interested). So when he gave 400% to the Ninja (the elemental part of his power) he was left with 120% (as officially CONFIRMED by Tommy Andreasen). Beause Golden Power is way too powerful to exist within such a weak beeing, Lloyd's energy stopped recharging and Lloyd was left with a power set of 120%, only 20% higher than any Elemental Master. But what is this new power? Lloyd was born with 4 Elemental Powers, wich he could combine to a green force field. In order to be able to combine them to Creation or Destruction (or both) he needed double the power. These additional 400% of power were non-elemental (as mentioned in the Ninjago Wiki). After Lloyd was temporarily (!) restricted to 520% power, thanks to dear Overlord, he was left with 400% Elemental Power and 120% Elemental Essence. He gave the elemental part, his original powers, to the Ninja and was left with 120% Elemental Essence. Golden Power minus the elemental half only leaves the half that Lloyd gained the first time in the Temple. No Elemental Powers, that means, Lloyd cannot use Fire, Lightning, Ice and Earth any longer. Makes sense. But he can also not access Creation or Destruction. Golden Power minus Elements minus Creation and Destruction, that only leaves with... ENERGY! As said in the show itself. Multiple times. Sure, it's abstract, but Ninjago wouldn't be what it is if it wasn't complex sometimes. Energy is just pure power. It is not bond to a specific power set. It's just what it is. It's energy. It's pure power! Lloyd's power is the essence of all the power in Nibjago. Energy lies in every Elemental Master, in everything that lives, in everything that exists. Lloyd's power is... Lloyd at first had 5 powers, all of the original ninjas, and his own green beam, he gained golden power, after kicking the bell, which gave him the ability to not make an explosion and combine a 4 original elemental powers. Once he gave the ninjas his golden power he lost it and lost the power of the original ninjas. Lloyd I think has a plasma/ energy like beam, which is a beam made of power, so energy, plasma, and power are all valid answers
My theory: Energy doesn't really exist like a separate element. It is still Golden Power, just more weak because of Lloyd shared it with the other ninja
My explanation : due to Lloyd having all the og's powers, to me energy is a mutated form of creation made by his Half dragoni genes, maybe if he mastered destructive elements (which i think exist and are metal, gravity, form and shadow), he likely would've had something of an equally powerful anti energy or matter

To Lloyd’s Elemantel powers while their many referred to as energy, their actually the combined power of the elements of creation witch is why they need the elements of fire, earth, ice and lightning to restore them in S9 to get Lloyd well again. Ok guys I think I know what Lloyd's powers are. So I did a bit of digging, and I watched the Lego Ninjago Movie, and like all of yall, I was pondering Lloyd's powers. So I looked on the back of the Lego Ninjago's Ninja Character's suits. Kai had a flame, Jay had a lightning bolt, Zane had a snowflake, Cole had mountains, Nya had either a tidal wave or rain drop (I cant remeber which) then Lloyd's was the most interesting because his element was represented as a hexagram. I was curious so I looked at the S8 suits (since they were identical to the LNM suits) and they all had the same symbol. S8 Lloyd's suit also had a hexagram. So I did more digging searched up "Green Hexagram" and up came Green Aura. Green Aura Is the heart chakra the and it was represented as a green hexagram. Not a coincidence if you ask me. Maybe Lloyd's powers have some connection to the Heart Chakra(Green Aura) It would kind of make sense, but it would contradict the effect of his powers, and the origin of how Lloyd got it. Idk but what do yall think?
I think he has the power of 'facing so much stuff not needing therapist'. But he does actually need therapy. The title is because Lloyds been thrue so much and has not cracked. And when Master Wu found out what Aspheera did to Kai and Zane he literally nearly cracked.

I remember reading a fan theory somewhere that "energy" was the perfect mix of creation and destruction, due to him being the destined green ninja, and since golden power was the mix of the four elements of creation.
Interesting idea, personally I think energy is a weaker version of golden power, as Lloyd can control energy before he unlocks golden power and after he loses his golden power in season 3 he can only use energy of him again

I believe his power is life energy. This is because it's main purpose is defense, it links it to the movie a bit, it would explain why he pretty much came back from the dead in season 10, why it needs alot of control which is why he uses it to a minimum, why he could share it with the ninja, and he gained it back from not fighting garmadon as to fight would be to go against life.
To clarify what Lloyd's powers are, I believe that his element is Krypton. Krypton is a noble gas that is fluorescent lights used in lasers and light bulbs, giving off a bright and neon light. If you don't recall, there was a scene in Ninjaball Run where Lloyd tries to use his power to emit the light bulb but fails. The strongest emitted light that Krypton emits is green, which is Lloyd's element energy, and yellow, which is the golden power that Lloyd had possessed in the past. If you were to be hit by Lloyd's power, you can become nauseous, dizzy, or lost of consciousness. Krypton also refers to light and energy, just how the words are mentioned in the TV series.
You may have a point but in a world where 14 year olds can save an entire city from a dragon, start a school, surf the digiverse, battle humanoid snakes, defeat ghosts, "befriend" genies, time travel, fight cults, travel to different dimensions, become royalty, fight monsters as old as their world, not to mention some died and came back to life... where was I going with this? Ah, yes, in a world where all this took place, I don't think there's any need to complicate things. Though Krypton is not a bad idea.

Lloyd has had Balance for well forever. He used the ninja's powers in season's 1 and 2 because all 4 are creation yet he's never used Darkness but still is Balance (He's Oni, Dragon, and Human).

Chen says "power" which is actually also technically right because Power is the synonym to Energy. In Japanese and Chinese culture energy is the same as "Chi" it's a powerful force that makes up all the elements of existence (see what they did there) and is often depicted as a green or gold colour. Ok so here’s my theory.
The green ninjas power is energy. It is a release of energy that allows you to control forms of green energy blast sheilds, and other emitions.
But due to his heritage, he was also gifted the powers of the golden ninja. Or what is referenced as the first Spinjitsu master power. This gives the weirder all 4 elements and the golden abilities.
Then in season 3, with what’s left of his golden power he splits it among the 4 ninja to give them the ability to harness it without weapons. Remember at this point the ninja needed weapons to create emitions. But once Lloyd spreads his power, it can now be emitted by them.
I think this is why we see the more pure energy Lloyd and he no longer he uses the other ninjas abilities.
I’m pretty sure this is wrong, but idk that’s what I’ve always thought about the show.

Ice as the main form of the shield thing he did, like how Zane shields the ninja with his ice. Kinda adds up how his “Energy” could also be seen by Chen as just “power” given how the energy is almost like 4 elemental powers combined. Being the master of 4 elements would make you the avat- I mean, the “master of power” in a way

I think that Lloyd's power as the grandson of the first spinjitzu master is to manipulate elemental energy itself. Each element has it's own type of elemental energy which the individual masters can control but Lloyd controls that energy in it's purest form. He can't control it when it is contaminated by specific elements (so he can't control fire, lightening, ect using it) but only free-floating elemental energy. There are two possibly explanation for his controlling other powers.
1) he had that ability but the overlord weakened his power fundamentally and now he cannot
2) [i prefer this on] When the ninja gave him their elemental powers in the temple of light, it made him the green ninja who could control all four elements, he simultaneously reached his full potential in his own personal elemental power. When he gave up the green ninja power, his own power remained. Making him no longer the green ninja, but instead the master of energy.
This makes sense because, as I understand it, the first spinjitzu master gave each of the first elemental masters a power using his own. So if his power was to control elemental energy itself, it would make sense that he could distribute pieces of that.
I think that Lloyd's power is his life force.
Because he's the prophecied green ninja he has natural access to the main 4 elemental powers if not all elemental powers to some amount but his own is his life force. The more he learns to control it and how it can be used the more it actually affects him (at least physically) like his eyes glowing green from season 8 onward. He also barely survived losing his power and was weaker than usual for some time. (Also his eyes reverted back to black in season 9.)
Lloyd's true potential (Golden Spinjitsu Master) + Lighting (As stated to be he's main power) = Gold (Yellow pretty much) + Blue = Green. I think it is pretty much o combination of these that's why is green and it is like a smoother lighting.

From what I've seen I think I'm gonna go with what Chen said. Master of Power. Chen has been around since the serpentine wars. No way this guy would not know what he's talking about. Chen and I have similar personalities so I'm going to trust him.
Also maybe you guys haven't realized this but lately in majority of the shows I've watched, the writers tend to hide the most important information in the form of jokes or meaningless things and in episodes of seasons that don't seem to matter, then spring it on us when we least expect it. What if he is the master of Power? I mean, for crying out loud, he's the grandson of the first spinjitsu master. Not to mention, this is Ninjago we're talking about. "Expect the Unexpected ".
One last thing, can a video on Skylor's powers be done? We all know she has the element of power replication but want I want to know is where "Amber" came from. Perhaps it's easier to say the Amber Elemental than it is to say the Power Replicating Elemental, I don't know.

Since the Spinjitzu Burst was introduced in Season 13 I have been wondering what could be Lloyd's respondant to this super-boost of power; in all seasons we saw Lloyd use his Energy to create fire, to give power to machines, to lit up torches and so on; we did not see him using something like Earth or Ice, though.
Green Energy's first shape was supposed to be a mix of the four main elements, and this is confirmed during the unforgettable interrogatory when Cole and Zane met the White Mask guy in "Sons of Garmadon". Cole explained for us and at that time he could not tell lies. He's 100% reliable, so is this piece of info. :-)
I wonder if Lloyd can create something like green crystals, mixing together Ice and Earth, but we did not see it yet, as he prefers to use it as some sorta of "halo" or "qi" or "chakra" thing. So, energy beams, green fire, green lightning. A DragonBall thing, in few words.
And if Lloyd will have his "burst" season, where he will supposed to find 'his own' element?
I have a theory, but it's not so consistent. I think his power is at his maximum when he's together with the Masters of the Main Four Elements. His team is his force. And that's why the last who came in the group, before Nya, has become the master and the leader all of a sudden, it's not just for the fact is Wu's nephew.
So he is not supposed to be left alone and do too many solo acts... instead, in the show he almost always has a his own agenda and plays his role all alone. So, this mini-theory of mine is not supported by anything out of my personal idea, as I have been drawing Ninjago fanart for a while.
Another interesting thing was that Green was the very opposite of Garmadon's purple power, that's Darkness or something like that. So Light is green and Darkness is purple, even if those colors are not naturally the opposite of each other. Elemental Powers are supposed to be a family thing, so if purple could generate green it's weird but also awesome, and that could be explained from some Garmadon's return story.
Once he had this extraordinary Golden Power. I think he sometimes regrets the fact he lost it, but he gave his friends the left part of it, so, in some way, it is still with him, all the time, until he is together with the other Ninja. It's again a part of my own theory, of course.
That's why I explain Lloyd's power, but, since there are no more prophecies left about him, I wonder what his destiny will be. Maybe Garmadon will come back, sooner or later. Or maybe there will be some new revelations.
Lloyd is one of my favorite characters, so I hope there are great things ahead for him.
Maybe his best power does not comes from his Element but from the fact he lives on, in spite of the enormous amount of traumas he has been living in his all life.
Lloyd does no longer have access to Elemental Powers, but his Elemental Essence is still one of the four know combination forms of the Main Elements, just that he cannot use them on their own.

@@Hirpina81 Yes. I spent a really long time trying to put everything together we know and to understand how Powers in Ninjago work. I even calculated the development of Lloyd's powers and the exact strengh of all Essences. I don't know if my calculations are right but at least they do not contridict the story and seem to be correct.
However, taking the facts that Elemental Essences are always combination forms of the four main Elements and Tommy Andreasen's statement that Lloyd has a power level of 120% I came to the conclusion that Golden Power has a power level of 800% as well as the First Spinjitzu Master might have not been an actual Master of all Elements he rather was able to mimic those powers using Golden Power.
Lloyd already was in control of the four main Elements since his birth as we saw him using them, combined and single. So it's only logical that Lloyd had a level of 400%. In the Temple of Light the Ninja gave up their powers, so additional 400%, and after that Lloyd was in control of Golden Power wich then has to be at a level of 400+400=800%.
And with that in mind and with the knowledge that Golden Power is Creation and Destruction combined (thanks to Mistaké) we can also assume that both Wu and Garmadon got one half of their father's power, wich leaves both brothers with a power level of 400% each. And if you split Golden Power into four pieces you get 200% so every Golden Weapon is twice as powerful as it's corresponding Elemental Master.
And the reason I think the First Spinjitzu Master only mimiced all the secondary Elements is that he didn't need to be an actuak Master of thosr elements. Iron? Just use Creation to create iron. Poison? Just create poison. Time? Just create a time vortex as already demonstrated by the Mega Weapon. Even Mind can be mimiced as we see Oni-Dragon-Hybrids having a strong mental connection to each other and maybe they can also connect to others but that needs to be seen. So a Master of Golden Power can just his power to create and to control to mimic powers. But still, the powers of the Elemental Masters didn't came out of nothing so it's still possible that the FSM was indeed in posseion of all the Elemens but that also needs to be seen.

People always forget that Ninjago may be a kids show but in the heart is a well developed fantasy universe, not like Bionicle but quite similar. So there are things that can get really complex and I'm afraid even Tanner tends to see the things a lot easier than they really are.
I also try to keep things short but one thought leeds to another and so on and then well, it becomes a long text. As as hobby writer myself this is a good thing but on RUclips this can get a little too much. 😅

Yep, kids show does not mean a lame show, and I am happy there still exists a show like Ninjago.
As you know, I am not so young: I grown up watching lots of complex and nerve-breaking TV shows that were meant for kids. And they impressed me, yes, but also so I loved them, because they did not treat kids as stupid, the stories was serious, characters were awesome.
Some old shows, of course, were a bit naive, in some point (if you once ever watched 1963 Batman, starring Adam West, you know what I am talking about) and even we kids got it. But this made us a taste, we know there were better or worse shows than this. We also knew there were some schemes and some shows could be swapped and nothing would change at all.
About Lloyd's power, I just remember him using it as Lightning and Fire or a sorta of plasma beam, just like SonGoku. I don't remember him using Ice or Earth.
Maybe I took it so easy, but this Green was never a problem to me.
However, those Essences are a mystery to me. I must read your comment again, as I still don't get this Essence thing.
I wrote so much as well, but, ehm, they told me they're not worth to be called literature. They used these words. So, I go back to my first passion, that's drawing. All self-thought, so every one from any Academia could tell me the same: not worth to be called comics or whatever.
This does not mean I will stop writing or drawing. So, if you want to write a lot, just keep in mind that some people could not have the patience to read everything, but also there's somewhere some other writer that would like to read and learn from your texts. :-)
Lloyds supposed to be the new spinjitzu master as explained by wu in season 2. Golden lloyd is him with the power of the first spinjitzu master. The green ninja was destined to defeat the overlord and the golden ninja is basically the full potential of the green ninja. So lloyd is essentially as he said “the ultimate spinjitzu master”

the wiki says its called “green” but its actually energy, fire, water, ice, lightning, and earth is all the other ninjas elements, theyre all source of energy, so lloyd can harness the 5 ninjas energy and use it. although the ninjas elements also create creation.
im pretty sure the four ninjas powers create golden energy, or green energy , its badly explained , cole in season 8 says lloyds powers are a combo of the main four , but in the current crystalized the four ninjas powers create a kind of golden dragon, maybe creation idk , the four golden weapons, at least in the earlier seasons were the key to the power of creation(tornado of creation)

You made a little mathematical mistake there. Lloyd did not give the Ninja 10% (as the display showing 90% did NOT mean that Lloyd's powers are 90% drained, rather that the Overlord's return is 90% complete).
Lloyd's Golden Power was not given to the Overlord, it was given to the Ninja.
Let me explain:
Lloyd in his default Green Ninja state had a power level of 400% (four elements) and was 4 times as powerful as an Elemental Master (wich Lloyd never really was).
In the Temple of Light he gained additional 400% by the Ninja giving him their own powers. So Lloyd became 8 times as powerful as an Elemental Master and 2 times as powerful as either Garmadon or Wu.
When Lloyd was imprisioned by the Overlord, he did NOT actually loose power, he lost energy. If he had indeed lost some of his powers he would have not been able to restore the Ninja's powers later on.
So when he returned to the Temple of Light, he still possesed Golden Power but had a power set of only 520% beause his energy (not power, energy) hasn't been fully restored yet. So he still was the Master of Golden Power but he could not use it (Laws of Thermodynamics, if you're interested).
So when he gave 400% to the Ninja (the elemental part of his power) he was left with 120% (as officially CONFIRMED by Tommy Andreasen). Beause Golden Power is way too powerful to exist within such a weak beeing, Lloyd's energy stopped recharging and Lloyd was left with a power set of 120%, only 20% higher than any Elemental Master.
But what is this new power?
Lloyd was born with 4 Elemental Powers, wich he could combine to a green force field. In order to be able to combine them to Creation or Destruction (or both) he needed double the power. These additional 400% of power were non-elemental (as mentioned in the Ninjago Wiki). After Lloyd was temporarily (!) restricted to 520% power, thanks to dear Overlord, he was left with 400% Elemental Power and 120% Elemental Essence. He gave the elemental part, his original powers, to the Ninja and was left with 120% Elemental Essence.
Golden Power minus the elemental half only leaves the half that Lloyd gained the first time in the Temple. No Elemental Powers, that means, Lloyd cannot use Fire, Lightning, Ice and Earth any longer. Makes sense. But he can also not access Creation or Destruction. Golden Power minus Elements minus Creation and Destruction, that only leaves with...
ENERGY!

Lloyd had the other ninjas powers in season 2 and he's powers are now green in season 4-15
Lloyd at first had 5 powers, all of the original ninjas, and his own green beam, he gained golden power, after kicking the bell, which gave him the ability to not make an explosion and combine a 4 original elemental powers. Once he gave the ninjas his golden power he lost it and lost the power of the original ninjas. Lloyd I think has a plasma/ energy like beam, which is a beam made of power, so energy, plasma, and power are all valid answers

My theory: Energy doesn't really exist like a separate element. It is still Golden Power, just more weak because of Lloyd shared it with the other ninja

My explanation : due to Lloyd having all the og's powers, to me energy is a mutated form of creation made by his Half dragoni genes, maybe if he mastered destructive elements (which i think exist and are metal, gravity, form and shadow), he likely would've had something of an equally powerful anti energy or matter

To Lloyd’s Elemantel powers while their many referred to as energy, their actually the combined power of the elements of creation witch is why they need the elements of fire, earth, ice and lightning to restore them in S9 to get Lloyd well again.

Ok guys I think I know what Lloyd's powers are. So I did a bit of digging, and I watched the Lego Ninjago Movie, and like all of yall, I was pondering Lloyd's powers. So I looked on the back of the Lego Ninjago's Ninja Character's suits. Kai had a flame, Jay had a lightning bolt, Zane had a snowflake, Cole had mountains, Nya had either a tidal wave or rain drop (I cant remeber which) then Lloyd's was the most interesting because his element was represented as a hexagram. I was curious so I looked at the S8 suits (since they were identical to the LNM suits) and they all had the same symbol. S8 Lloyd's suit also had a hexagram. So I did more digging searched up "Green Hexagram" and up came Green Aura. Green Aura Is the heart chakra the and it was represented as a green hexagram. Not a coincidence if you ask me. Maybe Lloyd's powers have some connection to the Heart Chakra(Green Aura) It would kind of make sense, but it would contradict the effect of his powers, and the origin of how Lloyd got it. Idk but what do yall think?
I think he has the power of 'facing so much stuff not needing therapist'. But he does actually need therapy. The title is because Lloyds been thrue so much and has not cracked. And when Master Wu found out what Aspheera did to Kai and Zane he literally nearly cracked.
I always referred to his power as energy as we'll, But this gives me a theory, that because Lloyd can master the other elements of the ninja aside from water, is because these 4 elements are the ones most tied with energy, lightning and fire are straight up forms of energy, earth's energy is why things could grow and ice is energy that freezes liquid, But the the last 2 are admitedly a stretch

A weaker more dampened variant of the golden power which we will likely see again in the finale of crystallised in the final battle with the crystal king

I like to think of it as "lesser gold". When the Overlord died his golden webs turned green meaning green is sort of the pre evolution of gold.
It would be energy because in season 4 the elemental masters were saying their powers when creating their elemental powers, Lloyd shouted energy

I think lloyd’s power is a mix of a fraction of the first spinjitzu master’s power and oni power which is darkness into a power that looks like green fire when it is not with his protectors’ powers and possible every other element in existence but hasn’t unlocked it.The new ninja called Arin might inherit Lloyd’s power.lloyd might have the same power as Skylor in a way but he dun need to touch the master of it with golden plus oni into some sort of dragon form that the other ninja had but with 4 arms like Garmadon oni face dragon wings making him 100x op.
