Panos Savvidis yo bro fl studio has its own tune scale (which if you turn it on is always in the background) , you dont need to load one with muted notes.
*i mean this "c minor scale thing"
Chanel > Add One > Sampler
Right click at the "Sampler" Channel just added > Piano Roll
Piano Roll options (The little triangle on top-left of Piano Roll) > File > Open Score
At the new window Change "Files of Type" to "Supported Score Files" (Now you can import *fsc and *.mid files)
Now Locate and Select MIDI file you want to import (the one you downloaded, Panos used Dm [aeolian]) and > Open
***If you don't see the notes of "C minor" on all of channels on Piano Roll, then click again "Piano Roll Options" > Helpers > GHOST CHANNELS!

Do a full track start to finish. Include samples and presets.
Just think a melody that dark or jungle terror they called and u have agressive and intense drop but always pick a kick that suits on that type of melody for great results
