Started going to the gym like a week and a half ago, today i went out to work at 8 am, came back at 7 pm, got out of the house to the gym at 7:30 pm, and came back at 10 pm. Ate, took a shower, and in now on the bed watching this. I feel so motivated to keep going. Thanks ninye. I started my job like last month, the gym now and next Tuesday i got my appointment with a nutritionist to start a diet for losing weight. Not gonna lie, life is looking up and im feeling more productive than ever.
Congrats man! Starting is the hardest part. Just keep at it. Those days where you don’t want to go into the gym are the best ones as it really helps your mental health and fortitude.

Good for you brother! The start is usually the worst Part, make it a habit and enjoy it. There will be times where you'll question everything, just push through it. Sport gives you so much, and nutrition also.

another thing to mention is that theres like hundreds of different techniques for meditation, find something that is fun for you to do. i personally love chanting shit lmao

Because of their "No Judgment Zone" policy and the infamous Lunk Alarm, they pretty much discourage any weightlifting. Their weights are limited as well as there's no heavy lifting equipment or free weights, so there's a hard limit on how much you can lift. If you want to lift weights, go to literally any other gym than Planet Fitness. Look for local small gyms if price is a concern. Plus local gyms don't have predatory membership policies that are extremely difficult to cancel

I couldnt really categorise that time. How full the gym is is at least at my gym more dependant on which day you go.

I must've hit the gym lottery, my gym is full of kind people who never bother me, and I can usually use all the stuff I like to use without interruption.
Always hit the gym at 5 AM or earlier. You'II have a LOT more time during the day and it gives you an EXTREME confidence boost because you've worked out already.

Lunch break is goated timeframe. Its the only fucking time i seem to be able to intercept with the gym at a time thats not ridiculously packed. Its like timing some orbital window for a launch to neptune or some shit. At 15:30-16:00 its again impossible to train but from 14:00 to 15:00 is pure bliss man
2am at the gym is always the best time cause 99% of the time you're in there alone, all the staff have gone home, and you're free to have your perfect workout with no distractions and no people hogging the equipment. Nothing forces you to change your routine, the weights are all there, the benches are all free, etc. it is no longer a gym, it is YOUR domain of lifting
