Could this episode have been infinitely better? Of course. But taking EVERYTHING at face value, and acknowledging the fact that MD is a show meant to *entertain* people, this finale most definitely stuck the landing.
I feel like some people are going way to harsh on this episode. The main complain i see that this "could have been a better finale" but if you think about it, you can almost say the exact same thing for the rest of the episodes. They all could have been better but we NEED to remember that every single masterpiece has its flaws. We need to keep that in mind that glitch isnt a big company so every second of every episode counts so they are mostly trying to focus on explaining the more inportant parts of the show and not giving us some random filer that could have been easily avoided.
I don’t know, I feel like for a finale, episode 8 had almost everything it needed save for proper deescalation after the fight. There was no falling action, there was the fight, and then there was the conclusion. But even still, there is nothing made by man that is perfect. Every story has flaws and holes that can be pointed out by people who pay attention. As far as stories go, Murder Drones is the best written story I’ve seen in a very long time. My main complaint about the reception of the episode is that people are too carried away talking about what was wrong with the episode that they forget to focus on how absolutely amazing it truly was. To quote UnCom, "No matter what l or anyone else says about this episode or this series, the only question you should ask yourself is, "Did I find that entertaining"? ⚠️EXTREMLY LONG COMMENT⚠️ My thoughts on this: Story: Like you said there isnt a single scene that is bad but there are so moments that they could have added Characters: -Uzi: I love that she finally was angsty the same way as in episode 1 and 2. She finally was more confident to stand up against the solver. I see a lot of people mentionimg that Uzi not being controlable by the solver is stupid but here is my headcanon for this: i think the main reason that Uzi cant be controled by the solver is bc N was by her side. We know that strong feelings can knock you out of the possession state so i think the reason why Uzi wasnt controlable by Cyn is because she had N by her side and no matter how scared she is,Uzi always will remember that she isnt alone in this situation and has a close friend by her side (N). Hope i somewhat explained myself well. Now it isnt really confirmed if its real but i personally believe it. Overall ep8 made me like Uzi much more. -N: He finally had that mental breakdown that everyone wanted. I do agree with you, he is no longer a coward as he is able to fight back against the solver with confidence. I dont think N was the best in this episode if i had to be honest. I still would prefer him if he actually sacrificed himself in the end but thats just my opinion. -V: ⚠️BIASED WARNING⚠️ I think she was handled the best in this episode. She finally was treated like a main character. Now, i know that her coming back kinda ruined the stakes of the show but you gotta admit her reapearence was really good. She finally had a major development. She finally had some interactions with J where she was actually trying to prove her that she should join the good side. The hallway scene was also great. V finally revealing that she kept secrets away from N is something that i have been wanting for a very long time. You can see in her eyes that she regrets for not being honest with N this entire time. So yeah she is PEAK Also a question. You mentioned that she knew about the cyn skining tessa. When was that revealed? And even if is she knew about that then why she was trusting "tessa" in episode 6 bc if thats the case then that makes no sense (unless im not getting something). I dont really think she new about the skining thing. -J: Well...she is kind of a mixed bag. It was pretty in character for her to team up with Cyn bc she knew that she had absolutely no chances against her. BUT there are some scenes that i would like to see tho. Like for example: her making an alliance with Cyn on screen, J interacting more with the final fight, and a scene that shows what really happened to her after cyn was defeated. But other then that, i have no complains. -Cyn/Absolute Solver: Yeah she was amazing. I like that she acts so cute but look very terrifing and does a lot of messed up things. This episode really showed that she is a great villain. -Khan and Nori: They were done dirty in this episode. I wish that we saw some more iteractions between them like for example Nori apologizing Khan for leaving them alone. These two characters definitely needed some more screentime. -Lizzy: She was funny as always. She introduced V coming back to the plot and i like her small rivalry between her and the sentinel. -Thad: Bro did NOTHING in this episode that was useful or funny. He only gave Uzi back the railgun and thats it. Man i serioussly dislike Thad, he has arguably the worst development in this series. He is too basic. -Sentinel 000D: Love this guy. I already said it but i like his background rivalry between him and Lizzy -Teacher: The GOAT came back. He has literally done what i wanted him to do (not giving a damn about what is happening to copper-9) Music: The music is so🔥. AJ cooked with this one. Cant wait to hear the V vs J (not confirmed music name),"bite me" and the end credit music otherwise known as "FOREVER" Animation: The quality is so good. Although i have one complain. Some scenes feel waaaay to cartoony for me. Conclusion: It was good finale but i just wish it was a bit longer cuz there is a lot of good scenes missing. This episode is still my 2nd favorite. (holy hell that is the longesr comment i ever wrote lol. I appreciate if you read the whole thing)
@@Lodzkie_mapping i read the key parts. To answer your question about V knowing, she says “tessa is cyn” then follows it up by “I should have told you sooner” as well as cyn saying smth like stay out of my way and i leave you and N alone right V? Showing they had an agreement
The disapointments in this episode is thad, khan, lizzie and nori's adding barely anything in the finale because they almost do nothing like thad only gives uzi her gun, nori gives her pickaxe and thats it also after uzi being one shot and traumatized by cyn after 1 min she gains confidence from out of nowhere and start to counter almost every cyns atack and making her be the one to counter the atacks, in the hallway scene after cyn went after V and N they could include nori come from sky to uzi and cheer her up and mentaly support her and since uzi didnt had much interaction with her it would be very sweet moment between the two and after that the final battle could unfold with khan, lizzie, thad and nori having revelance for example the bus could fall on cyn or J, the sentinel could atack J and save lizzie and thad could use uzi gun to atack J or cyn and nori just could use solver to atack cyn and J But overall it is a great finale but it could be better
The finale a had surprisingly decent amount of character development if you pay attention to the dialogue. Really good, but not perfect. It would be improved massively if there was just 5 or 10 more minutes for more chapter development, mainly I wanted to see J cry about Tessa, because she felt like she had no choice but to side with Cyn to preserve her own life. 8/10 imo Obviously with the credits and the post credits scene, as well as the couple loose ends, a continuation is possible if Liam ever wants to make a spin-off or a season 2 down the line. Keep in mind that if we get a second season or a spin-off it most likely won’t happen for a few years due to TADC and the Gaslight district, as well as Liam probably just wanting to rest after working on the show for 3 years.
I (and others) have been saying this but it honestly REALLY helps to view 7 and 8 as one big episode. Especially since they were planned to be released closely together before the delay.
Hello! I've seen your V character analysis video and it was great. Also my thoughts on the Murder Drones series finale was that it was great but if it were at least 5-10 minutes longer then it would've improved a bit. N and Uzi officially being in a relationship was just adorable for me and also getting more character development they got was great too. V's return felt like fanservice but done right and tbh I think V is one of the best-written characters and has had a great character arc I've ever seen and seeing her onscreen makes me smile and also her riding a sentinel (wearing Beau's hat) was just a such badass entry, she really is just that girlboss and I love that about her. The rest of the finale was great overall but was just really short, though I'm sad that the series has ended, I can't help but also feel that the ending made feel satisfied too. Also just subscribed to your channel. Love your content, Blanter Dang!
@@blanterdang6112 You're welcome, and if you ever have the time could you do a N and Uzi character analysis video and also I have a recommendation for you there's an anime/light novel series called rezero and its really good (its about self improvement) though I've got to warn you a bit the MC can be a bit of pain of the neck but its just part of his character arc. The anime has two seasons and 2 OVAs and upcoming third season coming this October. The light novel is already at 37-40 volumes (I actually haven't read it in a while so I'm just guessing) 😅 I hope you enjoy it and have good day!
Absolute End (Episode 8) was freakin insane and awesome 👌. They did a good job with so many things, the comedy, the action (omg the fight scenes were awesome), the horror (Cyn was so much more creepier, terrifying, and disturbing than any other episode) one of my favorite villains in media, the music was soo good 😀😎, and I can't wait for the full soundtrack for episodes 7 and 8 to come out, the animation was absolutely gorgeous, omg 😍 they did such a good job, and we got some really awesome moments with the main characters (especially V's return) ❤️. The only thing I will say is that it did feel kinda rushed and very fast-paced. I also feel like we got a lot of unanswered questions about certain things because of the short run time and a lot of the episode being action scenes, but I'm not complaining too much about it cause the fight scenes were great. Other than that, it was a great last episode of Murder Drones 😄. I love this show so much 🖤💛🩶🤍💜, and I'm really sad that it ended but very greatfull that we even got it at all 😌.
For me the only flaw was the very short runtime of this episode because, because of that the episode felt very fast-paced and rushed. There was action from start to finish leaving only little time for other scenes. If the episode had been a little longer, like 5 minutes longer, it would have felt less rushed and there would have been enough time for deeper conversations. Like a deeper reunion between Khan and Nori, or some sort of explanation of how V survived (I know we see a picture of her taming the Sentinel on Lizzy's phone but for me it's not a very good explanation). Except that it was absolutely PEAK. It had everything we expect in a Murder Drones episode : action, horror, comedy... The animation was incredible and even the musics were totally amazing! I think it's my favorite episode of the show. *IT WAS ABSOLUTE CINEMA*
My biggest criticism about murder drones is that the pacing is whacky and scenography has a lot left to desire There’s a lot of scenes in this show that just make me wonder what am I actually looking at or what just happened The story though, its fenomenal
You know what? I'm starting to think what you said about J having nobody is why we see here repairing the ship in the end credits. Since nobody is there for J anymore, what use does she have on Copper-9? What reason does J have for sticking around? None. Like what you said, J has no companions, no friends, nothing. Thus, J is deciding to leave Copper-9 behind and look to the stars, hopefully to find companionship, if there is anyone else left out there, whether human, drone, or possibly even other alien lifeforms. Of course, this is just a theory, but it kind of makes sense if you really think about it.
Did Murder Drones stick the landing? If we're judging this episode by itself, then my answer would be a, "Eh, sorta... I guess?" To give credit where credit is due, the music was fantastic, the animation very smooth. The fight scenes and final battle were for the most part satisfying to watch and the ending(even though very flawed) it was pretty cute overall. So yea, I can agree it stuck the landing if that's how we're judging this episode. HOWEVER... if we're judging it on when it comes to giving a satisfying payoff from the previous seven episodes showed, then my answer would be a resounding no. Way too much in the series was built up with little to show for it. Uzi overcoming her Solver virus after getting stabbed by nanite acid? All done by the power of plot convenience. No seriously, there was no explanation for why Cyn could no longer hack into her. She just said, "Nope." to Cyn near the end when she tried it again and that' was it. Thad s friendship with Uzi and N? Scrapped N being a spaceship pilot when landing on Copper 9? Utterly meaningless considering he only flew one in Ep 8 for less than two minutes before Cyn destroyed it. N might as well just flown into space with his own wings to save Uzi if that's all it was going to amount to. Doll as Uzi's rival and her story arc? Killed off anticlimactically with no satisfying conclusion to neither of them. The purpose of the spires of worker drone corpses? None whatsoever in the grand scheme of things The list of worker drone test subjects? Served no purpose to the story at all considering "Tessa" just blew up the console after seeing it and never came into play after that. Nori's "past" as part of Copper 9's dark mysteries? Completely underwhelming. Thad, Lizzy and Khan showing up to help? Utterly pointless. Take away the scene of Khan using the door opener on Cyn and they might as well stayed home. Uzi's railgun returning? All for one meaningless shot that missed and never fired again. Nori trying to get the Solver patch to Khan? Destroyed the very same episode it was brought up in. Nori possibly reuniting with Khan? Amounted to nothing more than a dumb joke of Nori saying she hates Khan and then runs off. -.- So yea, it's stuff like this why Ep 8 has not gotten better for me overall. but worse. It was supposed to be the satisfying payoff to everything built up and quite frankly, it did not deliver. Now to be fair about this, I don't blame Liam and Glitch entirely for it. It's very possible Liam was going to give a payoff to most of these plot points over the course of several seasons, but since something broke down between Liam and Glitch to where the series was reduced to one season and eight episode, he just didn't have time to fit everything in, so he only salvaged what was worth salvaging at that point. With that said however, I still blame Liam for throwing way too much at once when it came to its stories. it was just one mystery after another after another when it came to Copper 9's lore. He should have focused on a few mysteries at a time instead of one bombardment of mysteries in each episode. All and all, I still love the series, but I'd be lying if I said it could have given a much better payoff than what we got over the course of eight episodes. I guess life can be unfair like that. Oh well...
I feel like we’ll get a digital comic maybe just 20 pages and it just tells the events after 8 like is J ever gonna leave copper-9? Is Cyn controlling Uzi more than showed like just short like 4-6 comics maybe free maybe payed Also we need a name for the sentinel V tamed Like I’ve been calling it Red but I don’t think it has an official name and I was it has
There is one That is Confirmed from the Glitch Inn Discord and V's pet sentinel name is called Sparky✨️ which might be a double meaning to its name based on two Characters in actuality!!😮😮😮
While episode 8 is not perfect, but awesome and bad-ass at the same time for the last episode of Murder Drones!😎 Also Blanter Dang, can you make a video about indie animation vs Hollywood studios/companies vs Japanese anime studios, please?
@@keeganmcfarland7507 hmm…well I’m not much of a consumer of huge companys like disney or any one in particular, its more series based than studio based for me, and also cosmick made some of those already, that being said, id definitely consider it
I liked episode 8, but I feel like the pacing was far too fast, on my first watch I could barely comprehend what was going on (maybe in part due to my brain being fried by fever) also there are a lot more minor critiques. Also Doll did NOT get the ending she deserved
ABSOLUTELY MASSIVE TEXT COMING, YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. MY HONEST OPINION Murder Drones, the series was getting really serious and dark by the penultimate episode, plus it reminded me of Shingeki no Kyojin since the initial story turned out to be a lie. Also, they didn’t abandon the humor but they toned it down now and it was great, however, the last episode feels like everyone is back in episode 1, ESPECIALLY the main character Uzi. Action-wise, there’s everything we wanted to see, plus, I always like it when they find a creative way to take down an OP villain (I knew the weakness to sunlight would be used at some point). It's about the LORE that I hate this last episode, the series was always characterized by giving us part of the lore in each episode THAT was what I love (or loved) so much about the series, however, when they killed Doll in the penultimate episode, I started to worry that they were speeding up to meet the 8 announced episodes, then it was revealed that the last one lasted only 20 MINUTES I started to get scared, and when the episode finally arrived... I was left with a void... doubts were left in the air, stories that could have been better told. -Who or what is the Absolute Solver? Is it just a power controlled by Cyn or is it an entity of its own? -How did the Solver and its Drones expand throughout the universe? -What did the humans do on Cooper-9? -Who or what killed Nori?! -Doll is also alive inside Uzi?! -We see J repairing the ship in the credits, where will he go? -What happened to the other 2 spaceships? Why did he come to the planet with three just to destroy them on impact? -What happened to the other Killer Drones? It's impossible that only N, V and J are the only "Effective" ones, there has to be AT LEAST ONE on some planet or something. And let's not even talk about several details that throughout the show made me believe that the end of the series was Interstellar style, that is, chaotic but without loose ends. In Murder Drones, no, many details were left in the air and I will ALWAYS defend the idea that Digital Circus took the attention away from Murder Drones and Glitch privately asked Liam Vickers to cut the story to finish it as quickly as possible to dedicate himself to something else. -What about the company? Was J tricked or was she pretending with the others and never really existed? -The Solver is not hungry, is she trapped in Uzi? -WHY DID THEY MAKE SUCH AN INTERESTING CHARACTER LIKE DOLL TO KILL HER?! -Why didn't they expand on the information about the Solver? Even Bill Cipher, without needing to tell his origin, was better explained. -How did the Sover get out of the mansion and destroy the earth? -Why are the laboratories above corporate but a mine below? -WHAT IS A CHURCH DOING THERE?! (Literally in a text they say that it was already there, which made me strongly think that there would be time travel at the end) -WHAT THE HELL IS THE CURE PLOT FOR?! IT WAS USELESS! Anyway... I thought Murder Drones was a series like Gravity Falls or Evangelion or even FNAF where every detail at the end would have an explanation but it wasn't like that. Even so, we had a happy but VERY open ending, whatever they say, THEY HAVE TO CONTINUE WITH THIS UNIVERSE... at least the fans already have their own projects underway, I may be part of one. I love well told stories, and Sy-fy and horror are my all-time favorites, that’s why I always prefer this show over TADC, humor and action were a secondary priority for me, I always came back for the story but they rushed everything and thought that with one epic final fight the fandom would magically forget all the details and lore they’d been feeding us for 3 YEARS, please this is not just any Netflix show, this was a story made over 3 YEARS, how can they make everything be resolved at the end with one fight? You watch the entire series and you feel like it’s a Netflix show, but it’s when you realize the true time lapse between one episode and another that you realize it was a waste of time that they ended up going for a standard story structure but with a SUPREMELY INTERESTING backstory. I love the show and it will always have a special place in my heart, my favorite indie animated series has finished its journey, thank you Glitch, Liam, the fandom. I study multimedia production/graphic design just to make my own stories whether it be a comic, a video game, a series, an animation, or my highest expectation... a movie. I LOVE YOU ALL. This episode for ME was: -In action: PEAK, we got what we wanted Uzi Vs. Cyn, and the others doing their part too! Nobody just stood there watching, EVERYONE did something. And I always love a creative way to kill an OP villain (I completely forgot Cyn was weak to sunlight too), chaotic and awesome. -In characters: MID, but I’m not gonna complain about that because it’s the final episode so it was all about wrapping everything up, although for a moment V opened up to N, then they ignored that, I thought Uzi would be a bit more serious but in the end he didn’t change much, kinda disappointed, let’s not even talk about J. The music/atmosphere: I CAN’T WAIT FOR THE SOUNDTRACK TO BE RELEASED! -In LORE: DISAPPOINTED! HOW ARE THEY GOING TO LEAVE THE PLOT HOLES UNSOLVED?! UZI ABSORBS CYN AND A DOLL?! (When Uzi collapses after eating Cyn, we get a momentary glimpse of him having the EXACT Doll Vision from ep7, don’t worry guys, Russian Mommy is alive), I thought they were going to explain more about Solver, or Cyn at least, but no… Cyn is just the Villain they have to defeat and nothing more, what a waste. Ugh, I REALLY think the show was going to be more serious, that way it will basically trick viewers who watched the first few episodes into thinking this was going to be a relatively normal show. I’m disappointed because ep7 made me think ep8 was going to be just as dark and serious, but Liam and Glitch have other plans. In the end it was more like Gravity Falls, where it’s funny at first and then it started getting darker and darker, but only that… moments, because in the end the story seems TOO RUSHED. But Murder Drones isn’t like that… or at least, that’s what I thought before, there are so many plot holes that are unresolved, or unexplained or at least they need to be explained more, like the Solver, the Earth massacre, who killed Nori, etc. DAMN IT GLITCH, WHY COULDN’T THE SERIES HAVE 10 EPISODES?! IT’S OBVIOUS THAT YOU JUST WANT TO END ALREADY TO MOVE ON TO SOMETHING ELSE. But hey, at least we have the happy ending that we all want And I think they can do more things, like prequel/side story/sequel mini episodes to balance everything out and at least the story can be complete or at least better told. THANKS TO ALL GLITCH, LIAM AND THE FANDOM, I LOVE YOU ALL. NOW, LET’S GET CRAZY! More Thoughts about Ep8 The main story ended up pretty good, in fact, the more time passes the better my perspective of the episode is, but it's like if a building burned down and you say: "Well, at least the 1st floor and the foundation are okay", but the rest of the place is a mess, that's having "tunnel vision", focusing on just one point and forgetting the rest. Let me ask you a question. Didn't you feel ANYTHING when after two chapters that revolved around finding a cure and Uzi NOT USING HIS POWERS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, and that maybe N could lose her forever by being possessed, in the end everything was resolved in "Don't be afraid of her" and that's it? Didn't you feel that it was a waste of time and pure unnecessary drama? Gosh, why didn't they say that to Doll for example? The poor girl DIED looking for that cure. I thought Nori would be really worried about Uzi when she found out the cure was destroyed, or that Uzi would now use all his cognitive potential, his friends, and his allies to fight the Solver without his powers, that's what I thought would happen when Uzi appeared in the trailer with his new weapon. Or that maybe they'll show a lot more internal fighting between Uzi and Cyn, that way it wouldn't feel like he's getting off so easy, not to mention that scene where Uzi almost infects Cyn, at what point did he gain so much control as to fight the PLANET DESTROYER internally? IN THE PREVIOUS EPISODE IT POSSESSED YOU WHEN IT HAS THE LEAST CHANCE! Also, I feel like it was an INSULT that the characters weren't affected mentally and psychologically after everything that happened? The closest was when N sees Cyn on the platform and when he's looking for them in the hallway, and V the same, only in the hallway scene. For having come close to death on more than one occasion in just one episode, I think they're doing pretty well.
I know my comment make look like I hate the episode but i'm think the episode was an 8/10, BUT, when I remember is a SERIES FINALE i give it a 6/10, it was just about action but zero lore. All that Drama, horror and lore that I love about the series? GONE, I was just 15 minutes of fights and the LORE was forgotten. Why, WHY?! A little piece of the Lore could pleased me and the rest of the fans that TOOK THE SHOW SERIOUSLY. I know most of the fans love the show, but remember that EVERY fandom has two sides, the casual and the serious, and i'm ALWAYS in the serious part, because I take my likes very seriously, no matter how the rest of the world see it. ¿Kaijus? ¿Mechs? ¿Sy-fy Horror? I TAKE THEM VERY SERIOUSLY. Believe me, the massive comment I write, I put them in RUclips channels (In English and spanish), and reddit and the people that agreed with me, was part of that serious side. Basically, the casual and not so serious part of the fandom (That are the majority) are pleased or at least conform with the ending, but the serious one, who theorize, analize, love every part of the show, is DISSAPOINTED.

I’ve said this everywhere and I’ll say it again. As much as I like N, I kinda wanted him to die for some reason. I genuinely don’t know why, I think after watching this the ending felt too easy. Or something idk.
It was rushed and I hated it. The story was amazing…but would of been so much better if they took more time to work on the episode (they rushed it for a reason that they didn’t disclose which sucks but my theory is that it was because of digital circus)

I already said it but i like his background rivalry between him and Lizzy
-Teacher: The GOAT came back. He has literally done what i wanted him to do (not giving a damn about what is happening to copper-9)
Music:
The music is so🔥. AJ cooked with this one. Cant wait to hear the V vs J (not confirmed music name),"bite me" and the end credit music otherwise known as "FOREVER"
Animation:
The quality is so good. Although i have one complain. Some scenes feel waaaay to cartoony for me.
Conclusion:
It was good finale but i just wish it was a bit longer cuz there is a lot of good scenes missing. This episode is still my 2nd favorite.

@@blanterdang6112 okay i think i understand it better, thanks
This final was honselty amazing maybe uzi with cyn wasent the best idea but damn it was a good one and it is amazing, i loved this episode
8/10 imo
Obviously with the credits and the post credits scene, as well as the couple loose ends, a continuation is possible if Liam ever wants to make a spin-off or a season 2 down the line.
I’m not sure how the reception would’ve been but eh. Love it all the same y’know?

The light novel is already at 37-40 volumes (I actually haven't read it in a while so I'm just guessing) 😅
I hope you enjoy it and have good day!
My biggest criticism about murder drones is that the pacing is whacky and scenography has a lot left to desire

I guess?"
To give credit where credit is due, the music was fantastic, the animation very smooth.
Scrapped
N being a spaceship pilot when landing on Copper 9? Utterly meaningless considering he only flew one in Ep 8 for less than two minutes before Cyn destroyed it. N might as well just flown into space with his own wings to save Uzi if that's all it was going to amount to.
Doll as Uzi's rival and her story arc? Killed off anticlimactically with no satisfying conclusion to neither of them.
The purpose of the spires of worker drone corpses? None whatsoever in the grand scheme of things
The list of worker drone test subjects?
So yea, it's stuff like this why Ep 8 has not gotten better for me overall.
Oh well...
8/10 episode...
INJUSTICE FOR J
Eh, it didn’t really wrap up the entire story but it was pretty solid.
I feel like we’ll get a digital comic maybe just 20 pages and it just tells the events after 8 like is J ever gonna leave copper-9? Is Cyn controlling Uzi more than showed like just short like 4-6 comics maybe free maybe payed
Also we need a name for the sentinel V tamed
Like I’ve been calling it Red but I don’t think it has an official name and I was it has
There is one That is Confirmed from the Glitch Inn Discord and V's pet sentinel name is called Sparky✨️ which might be a double meaning to its name based on two Characters in actuality!!😮😮😮

ABSOLUTELY MASSIVE TEXT COMING, YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.
MY HONEST OPINION
Murder Drones, the series was getting really serious and dark by the penultimate episode, plus it reminded me of Shingeki no Kyojin since the initial story turned out to be a lie.
More Thoughts about Ep8
The main story ended up pretty good, in fact, the more time passes the better my perspective of the episode is, but it's like if a building burned down and you say: "Well, at least the 1st floor and the foundation are okay", but the rest of the place is a mess, that's having "tunnel vision", focusing on just one point and forgetting the rest.
