OG Toyota Camry saves 2013 Ford Mustang / 3 other Locksmith couldn't program / ECU no communication

This 2013 Ford Mustang owner called me to program this new PCM that he ordered. He mentioned that theres couple locksmith tried and unsuccessful
Mustang History according to the owner:
3 weeks ago it was running until last week it stopped cranking at all. so he ordered a pre programmed PCM that he think it was the problem. The preprogrammed PCM will still need to do a parameter reset and sometimes the keys need to program back in.
Well also, 3 weeks ago some mechanic saw some misfires in the car also the car was overheating. Mechanic said it was the fan wasn't turning on , so the mechanic hot wired that fan into random fuse (which is 1 of the pcm fuse)
