This is a more complicated box to make. I am thinking of drawing up the diagram for this, depends on how well the video does, so do let me know in the comments if you would be interested, and don't forget to give my video a thumbs up! 👍🏼😉
I am thinking of making 6-8 of the lids in brown paper.. then putting them in a larger box.. so it will look like a bar of chocolate. 🤔

I used: 17 x 17 cm
(use thicker paper for best result)
Final Size: 6.3 x 6.3 cm
Other sizes:
Paper: 12 x 12 cm = 4.4 x 4.4 cm
Paper: 15 x 15 cm = 5.5 x 5.5 cm
Paper: 20 x 20 cm = 7.4 x 7.4 cm

Its so beautiful! I made this box and put a little item and gave it to my sister as a gift. She loved the box more than the actual gift!
Also, I need to tell you how much I enjoy the way you film and edit your videos. The clear background in conjunction with how you show us what's happening on all sides of the project are beautiful. You are extremely detail oriented--from the extensive information you provide for us in the description box all the way down to the folding foundations on which you build your origami designs. I have to agree, miss. I don't care for the music (I find it distracting). But when I put the videos on "mute", I find I can follow the instructions perfectly well. That to me is the test of a good origami video; you can follow what's on screen without hearing verbal cues. You may not plan them to excess but what you're doing works. I've been making origami constructs for years now and your videos are among the best at instruction that I've followed. When I give boxes like these to friends and strangers, they always praise the results. Thank you for your videos and keep up the good work.
QueenBoadicea Well that is great to hear 😃 It's a shame youtube doesn't offer multiple audio tracks, people could then choose between folding noises or music 😉 It's just not silent enough here for that though, you'd hear banging and cars, shouting and other noises. Thanks again for the encouraging comment, it has made my day 😊

That's a tricky little thing you have to do to get the angled corner. I got 3 out of 4 corners folded properly, but when you flip it over to pull the little tabs down, it's just. my fingers. i can't lol.
Edit: Messed up one corner on the final product. think i'll just slip a little decoration origami there to cover it up!
Edit 2: I USED A RULER TO HELP ME CREASE AND IT CAME OUT PERFECT!
Ps. I'd love to see a diagram for the lid design! Also,YES PLEASE ON MAKING THE BAR OF CHOCOLATE haha! That'll look so cool!

I have tried this a few times but the pen/corner thing is too inexact. I am an experienced folder-but the lid never turns out for me. The corners just look dog-eared. I do love how your finished model looks.

Also, a question for you. How do you come up with these designs yourself?? I wouldn't even know where to start lol. I've always wondered this. An explanation would be greatly appreciated!
+Maria Camila Angel my method is sometimes random, for this one I had a specific look in mind, a lot of these are based from other traditional models, this one starts and ends a bit like the masu box. If you want to start you can start off by making one of the origami bases, but expect a large number of wasted crumpled origami papers! 😅

I suggest to fold the internal box on reverse, so that you don't get the flappy sides inside
