And when I say ME, I don't mean that little human self full of desires and false needs.
If not to the I ..., to your essence, to your Being.
When you put your Self first, everything you do you do for yourself and for yourself, even when you can help others. You help others because it makes you feel good, therefore you remain true to yourself.
However, many people give more to others than they do to themselves.
This is a sign of lack of self-love and spiritual disconnection.
That which seems to be an act of pure love, ends up being a subtle deception of the Ego. The EGO ... OMG! How it destroys us, both personally and spiritually.
Putting yourself first is not only your salvation; but the salvation of your species, the human species. If it had not been this way since the beginning of time, we would not be where we are today.
