One trick is to divert the mind to another area of work or thought process. Deep breathing & thinking right helps. Anxiety can cause psychosomatic issues which are hard to control.
Why my nose and middle part of eyebrows is heavy and pain. Please make videos what to do. I do meditation but it is take a long time to relax. Most of time I need to do until 11am from morning. After noon start my morning. It is hard for me to early morning person even I want.
