    Roast Beef Dinner in the Power Air Fryer Oven Rotisserie - Complete Meal Series
    In this video I make a complete roast beef dinner in the power air fryer oven rotisserie. This meal made 3-4 servings for the family. This rotisserie roast beef dinner is quick and easy. It also includes some Italian seasoned roasted potatoes and carrots. It's then covered in a homemade gravy which was made using the roast beef dripping.

    make a slit in the roast and put garlic inside the meat, that works very good and gives the roast a boost

    Looks good. I'm gonna give this a try tomorrow with a rib roast. I'm gonna try 130° and make it med rare like a rib should be cooked! Thanks for the video.

      thanks for your support T.J. Tanks. Yes, I have made this again since the video and prefer it to be a medium-rare too. But overall the power air fryer oven did a good job using the rotisserie.

    You mentioned you leave the fat on but is not fat, it is that silver connecting tissue that Cooks and Cheffs instructs to remove so the season can get to the meat and create also a crust. That silver tissue is rubbery and unchewable . I always enjoy your reviews ( new subscriber ).

    should have checked it at 20 min for temp. I found these air fryers do a fantastic job really quick but need to do more tests at lower temps with out drying out the meat.

    I have this one in red you do have to watch weight of meats i cooked a prime rib roast in mine 5 lbs does not leave room for vegies had to cook separate but while roast was setting covered in foil took liquids cooked vegies was all good but and gravy and I found some small baking pans on amazon that fit in it going to give them a try i still like how food cooks in air ovens

    • @YourEverydayJoe
      @YourEverydayJoe  5 лет назад

      Yes i ran into some issue with the rotisserie chicken. It was just over 5 lbs it was very tight. It doesnt work well for large families but it does the job for 2-3 person meals. I will continue to experiment for future videos. Thanks for your input Tina.

    If you wanted medium rare, do you think it would have cooked at 25 minutes or 30 minutes?

    • @YourEverydayJoe
      @YourEverydayJoe  5 лет назад

      Thanks for the question WayneAnstey. Yes I think if I had taken it out about 5-7 minutes earlier it would have been perfect medium to medium rare. Either way the flavor was very good and it wasn't dry. Good enough to make sandwiches the next day. Thanks again for your support.🙏😊

    how do you check the temp of the meat? I am going to make a pork loin today like this. I don't know how to tell if its cooked long enough. Do you take it out and put a thermometer in it?

    • @YourEverydayJoe
      @YourEverydayJoe  5 лет назад

      Yes. I use a meat thermometer to verify proper meat temperature. If you're going to stuff the pork loin and use the rotisserie it should cook pretty quickly if the stuffing is already cooked. As a rule of thumb I try to use about 15 minutes per pound for the meat. About 20% less than the 20 minutes per lb rule in the conventional oven. Hope this helps.

      You can try cutting the thread into smaller pieces and tie one section at a time. Tying the roast is only to help it maintain it's shape while cooking not really necessary on smaller roasts.
