". . . these houses are fairly new . . ." ha ha I must congratulate the builder on putting up new houses that look at least a hundred years old (0:27 onward).
That's a weird one. It would seem obvious that the managers are not going out to monitor the crews, and so once again, I suspect that it could all down to lazy management?
Exactly the same thing is happening to me with Wycombe District council. Strangely enough the waste team empty my other bins EXCEPT my food bin. I always have to ring up the next day to get them to come back and empty it. At one point the council was monitoring the waste team and they did their job properly while they were being watched. As soon as the council stopped monitoring their activities, the whole thing started again. I am back to phoning up the local authority to get it emptied the next day. I don't suppose anyone has any ideas here on why this might be happening? I have stuck to all the rules regarding waste disposal!
There seems to be an issue with South Bucks and Veolia. One crew in particular damaged private property, swore and threw a tantrum when asked to put bins back on the boundary and not blocking the drive. The case has been ongoing for months and their behaviour seems to be getting worse, even after a meeting with Veolia management and Bucks Council.
Thats pretty much the way it goes. Long gone are the days where binmen used to take everything, it's all about how much it costs the council now. It's nothing to do with the fact the bin might smell or someone new could have moved in recently. We don;t empty new bins until were told to. Us binmen do what were told now, simple as that....we don't were down the road.......
You're one of them? You do know if you leave rubbish too long it doesn't just smell, it can attract rats and stuff which can carry disease and do harm to people and other animals. I couldn't care less what you're told to do or the cost of it. Do your job and empty the damn bins regularly jeez man it's not rocket science.
And you obvs don't give a shit too disgusting. You do what you're told to do simple as that omg. Why don't you get some decency and start thinking about the the people you are all putting at risk cos your lazy ass can't be bothered doing your job.
@@bethlancaster4721 you’re saying you don’t care less what he’s told to do but then saying do your job in the same sentence. Him doing his job is doing what he’s told
Our blue bin hasn't been emptied for months. I've complained a few times to the council because they're not emptying any of the bins when they should but when i've contacted the council they take the piss even more by emptying the other bins and leaving all the damn rubbish behind what a joke. They need to be sacked stupid, incompetent fools. I think they need to be sued because it's a health hazard and disgusting.
Collection sheet, you have a rout with roads you collect bins in that road. Unless the property has a non council bin or two many allotted bins. As a council bin man for over 20 years, there is no excuse. Its clear a vendetta and bin clearly ignored.
Without bin men seeing, move your bin to the other side of the road where they are emptying bins, also it does feel like a grudge, in that case the bin men I just four year olds working and need to grow up and man up
the local authority i work for have a policy of crews not emptying bins that contain garden waste (there is a free garden waste collection) hard core wood etc but when an irate resident threatens to kick the crews heads in or call his MP the gutless `local authority ` lose their bottle and tell crews to empty it
I'm a bin man myself and sometimes u have property's on ur Road that ain't actually part of ur road it's part of the the other road that runs straight across.. bit confusing I know but if its not our work its not our work u normally have more than enough to do within a day as it is
we have issues with our black bin collection crew... Due to stigmas attached to being a bin man not emptying bins is their way of securing small personal victories in an effort to combat their inferiority complex...no problem...I simply fill my green and brown bins up with all the shit that shouldn't go in them with a thin layer of the stuff that should on top...If they cant be arsed to empty I cant be arsed to sort garbage...simples!
If you did that where I live, you would be retrieving your bin out of your lounge as the bin men don't give a fuck then they would follow up with a smack.
Haha, looks like Jason Abbott may have pissed off his dustmen a while ago.
He looks like the type.
Probably blocked the road with his car, that would do it.
